'Highly recommended' I highly recommend Winkworth Estate Agents. From the intial valuation throughout to completion, Niall and Matt are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable in their particular field. The fact they both 'get on' with the job is just fantastic and exactly what you want. They both have kept me updated, replied to me without delay and not hesitated to chase the different bodies involved in selling a property, you honestly could not ask for or wish for a better team. My wife and I had to arrange our property rental remotely, which creates a number of additional issues regarding virtual viewings, credit checks and payment confirmation, contract validation, inventory checks and the handover process. Lonnie helped us through this and with his assistance and an understanding Landlord we were able to navigate our way through the process. I am very happy that we were able to arrange this rental given how much had to be done over a phone or computer but in the end with Lonnie's help and the Winkworth family, we got it done. So, once again, thank you.

Winkworths have been absolutely amazing, they have supported, encouraged and counselled me through a very tricky 7 months. They are always there to listen and cannot do enough for you. They are always professional, friendly and approachable. I have used Winkworths for my last 3 house sales and I would use them every time. Have just completed on the sale of my house and I felt the need to leave a review to commend the commitment and professionalism of Sarah and her team at Winkworth estate agents in Sleaford. We elected to go with them, despite them not being the cheapest option as we were very impressed, from the initial valuation, to the advertising they afforded our property, to the determination to get what proved to be a difficult and protracted sale over the line. At some point every member of the team was involved in this process and all were very capable. I must say a special thanks to Matt for being ever present and keeping me informed at the closing stages of the deal. All in all, they are excellent at what they do and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would absolutely not recommend this company they will do their upmost to make sure you don't receive your tenancy deposit back and onto of that when you accidentally pay the rent again once youve moved out they will charge you an admin fee to refund what is rightfully yours.. absolutely disgusting I will be getting in contact with the relevant authorities about their practices avoid at all costs its just not worth giving you your business.

I live outside the UK but have a property near Sleaford which I let out. Since commissioning Winkworth as the agent for my property I have been impressed with the way they have handled every aspect of my UK property in my absence. I deal exclusively with Lonnie and Sarah in the Sleaford office, with occasional input from Martin. I have ongoing problems with my current tenant which Winkworth are trying very hard to overcome, with some difficulty it has to be said but not from Lonnie or Sarah. They are always prompt in replying to my emails and keeping me up to date with any issues they are encountering with my tenant. I have placed a lot faith in Winkworth to manage the property on my behalf and if they continue to do so in the same professional manner as they have to date, I will have no complaints.
