The team at Winkworths have been second to none. We have had a turbulant house move with buyers dropping out etc. The team have been there every step of the way, supporting and helping us. We honestly believe that without the hard work and dedication of the team, we would not be getting the house of our dreams in a few days time. The team were always professional and knowledgable and we were impressed that whichever member answered the phone knew exactly where we were in the process. We have no doubts that we would use Winkworths again and recommend them to our friends and family.

We would like to congratulate Winkworth on a professional and courteous service. A special mention must go to Matt who has been invaluable during the process from start to finish. He made sure we were informed at every stage including weekly updates every Thursday. We have moved a few times and we are in agreement that Winkworth is probably the best estate agent we have dealt with, from the initial valuation process carried out by Nial, regular updates and communication between all parties. We would have no hesitation in using Winkworth again and also recommending you to anyone who is thinking about moving home. Again, thank you to you your team.

Earlier this week I drove 120 miles to view a property only to have the appointment cancelled 3 hours from the appointment time. I had made it quite clear that I would be making a serious offer for the property that I was viewing for the second time. Apparently the owners accepted another offer. Very short sighted of Winkworth not to take the offer I would have made into account. Totally unprofessional. I would certainly not do business with this branch in the future.NegativeProfessionalism

Having previously bought and sold through Winkworth in the past, I had no hesitation in getting in touch with them when we decided to put our house on the market. Chris came around within 24 hours to measure up and take photos and within another 24 hours the property was going live on the market and taking pride of place in their window. We were hoping to buy a property from them and the whole team couldn't of been more helpful in finding out all of our queries, even providing names of reputable tradesmen in the area. Our property sold within 24 hours, partly because Winkworth know their customers and match them to the houses they have for sale. Unfortunately due to a change in our circumstances we decided to stay in our current house, Winkworth couldn't have been more understanding. In my opinion they are definitely the best in Sleaford and can't recommend them enough.

I liked the valuation service, the website, the marketing material shown to me, and the impression that you are dealing with a quality company. I was not so impressed with the agency front office, the window display which did not show any houses for sale, nor the staffs poor response to me walking into the office for the first time, or when I phoned to tell them that I would not be using them to sell my parent's home.

Highly recommend, brought our new house through Winkworth Sleaford and they were always quick to respond to any questions/enquiries and were always in touch and kept us updated on everything.
