I had an amazing experience with Winkworth agent. Quick service & very trustworthy. Specifically staff Mr.Lonnie was very professional and guided me through the process. He was very kind and helpful. It was very difficult to get a rent a home when I newly arrived in UK.Only Lonnie understood our situation and arranged good house for me.I asked him a lot of questions never rushed and made the whole process very smooth. I opted to use the services of the Sleaford branch of Winkworth for three main reasons - • they understood the best way to sell my distinctive semi-rural property • they have a very big reach in terms of marketing, which attracted buyers who decided they would like to move to the area from elsewhere • the staff were professional, yet also friendly and approachable. In fact, a number of them have been working for the company for years, which indicates job satisfaction and means that they have a very good working knowledge of the area It took a little while to find the right buyers for my old, unique home, but the team at Winkworth remained positive throughout the process, and were always on hand to give advice and support.

First class estate agents. Matthew was above and beyond exceptional. We was in a chain and we wouldn’t of moved if it wasn’t for him, when other companies agents simply didn’t care. Very rare you find someone that genuinely is professional, knowledgable, passionate and takes pride in their job and Matthew certainly does.
