Dear Raffai Lajos, thankyou for taking time in writing a review. We have looked into your matter and we understand a checkout report has been conducted on your terminated tenancy, which we understand that you disagree with. The professional check out report is done by an independent company and not Your Move Estate Agents. We therefore do not have any say in how a report is written up. The photographs and description of condition is exactly how the property is presented on the day of a check out taking place. Please contact the branch and we can pass on the number of the people you need to speak to with regards to this matter. Kind Regards
