Dear Andrew, we have noted you have changed your review. Julie has spoken to you several times over the years as have all the staff over the years. The company Your Move used to be GA Property Services, we are unsure of the company you mention but we aren't disputing that many years ago you worked for an estate agent. We have tried to help you many times and we are sorry you still havn't moved. You have enquired about mortgages, rentals, modern method of sale and residential sales. But as yet there is nothing you have satisfactorily found to buy or rent. At times you have enquired a little late once offers have been accepted or landlords have chosen other tenants. Julie isn't off work she had an appointment and the new girl isnt new, she has worked here since march. We have been kind, understanding and patient with you and we sincerely hope you find the right property for you. In the mean time, if you wish to view anything please call us and please be clear on your status of the property you live in and whether it is a purchase or rental you want to find Kind Regards

Dear Hatty, thankyou for taking time to write a review. We are sorry you feel a staff member needs to lose their job but we will in turn explain the nature of the market appraisal you required and our recommendations to you. You asked for a valuation on a property you were selling to a tenant. We offered to help with this for you but unfortunatly your tenant didn't respond to the sales negotiator for a mutual time to attend. Julie then spoke to you to offer help and advice as this is an arrangement the agent sees quite often - whereby a landlord sells to a tenant. There is help with financial qualification, guidance on best practice and the next steps. You declined the help and advised we need to be there at 6.30pm this evening or 5.30pm tomorrow evening, which unfortunatly we didnt have availability for. We did however call the tenant to try and arrange other availability and to offer assistance and guidance but the tenant advised was doing his own thing with both the offer he was making to you and the financial qualification. He was aware of house prices in the area and julie didnt do a valuation for him. We sincerely hope you and your tenant come to a mutual agreement and this concludes in a successful sale for yourself and an acceptable purchase for your tenant. Kind Regrds Your Move

Dear 'Brooky Rambo' We are sorry you feel you were poorly treated years ago. We cannot of course comment on your individual case as we dont have your details or the property you purchased but we will try to at least try to explain the process and why this may have happened. You spotted a house that appeared popular, the sales negotiator said ' people were looking at it' that can mean a variety of things i.e there are many people looking at it on line, ( there are means of getting click through rates on the internet) people are looking at the sales boards in the branch, people are driving by and clling the office asking for a price for example. All these things indicate popularity of a house. The seller fitted you in on the saturday morning, possibly because they were working in the week and hadnt given the branch availability in the week. A seller can indicate sometimes, that they will take no lower than asking price and that can be conveyed to a buyer, but that doesnt mean you have to offer asking price, you can offer lower and if it is rejected, it is up to you to increase if you wish to. It appears you offered asking price and purchased the house but it is always recommended that a buyer listens to the comments of their surveyor as to whether the house value is correct in terms of the price they are paying. If you purchased by means of a mortgage, the mortgage lender would have flagged up a problem and down valued the home if they deemed it too high. This doesnt however, appear to be the case. We hope this helps in explaining some of the process and sincerley hope that you have found your home to be suitable for your needs and wish you all the best for the future.

Dear Simon, thank you for your review. We have looked into your sons viewing and unfortunatley he hadnt registered with the office for the viewing. He didnt put an offer forward on any property with Your Move and we havnt got a record of him registering to make further offers. We always pre call valuation appointments and on friday the valuer called to move the appointment to ensure more time was spent with you at the property, but unfortnatley the two times that were suggested werent suitable and when a third time that was given to you, Mrs Mehnert advised our sales negotiator that she would get back to us with a decision on that time. We didnt hear anything friday, or saturday. This morning we tried to confirm an appointment with Mrs Mehnert for today and she asked for tomorrow instead which we have accomodated for her. We trust that by asking Your Move to attend your property tomorrow to ask our expertise and advice for a valuation, you respect the services we offer, and we look forward to assisting you with all your home moving questions. Hi Liam, Thankyou for taking time to write a review. We are just a bit unsure of the reason behind the review as we spoke to you earlier today on a friendly update call to see if we could help you look for houses as you are registered with us, to look for a property to buy. You mentioned you may have found one but you advised us to keep your details for now, in case anything happened with the one you wish to buy that is with another agent. We asked if you needed any assistance in looking for a mortgage and you advised you had looked at some options but was only at the decision in principle stage. We advised it was great you were taking those steps and if you wanted to compare, to make sure you had the best rate, a financial advisor ( not from Your Move ) but from a company who could do a comparison service, could call you and just make sure you are on the best deal, for you and make sure the years ahead of paying a regular mortgage were the best rate as possible. You said you would be interest at taking a call and we asked you when was best. You advised lunchtime today would be best. We asked an advisor, as we had discussed with you, to call you at lunchtime. You didn't answer the call so the advisor didn't take this any further. We have called you twice in the past for viewing feedback and we have called today to see if you are still looking for a house - to service your needs. But the final call from the financial advisor, to help to see if you had looked at all your options before tying to a lifetime financial transaction, was agreed by you and that is why it was made. As you can imagine this is upsetting for us as our intention was to make sure you get the best results for your housing search and your onward purchase. Sadly, you havn't processed our intentions well and we are sorry for that. If you would like to call the branch we would be happy to discuss anything at all with you.
