GoogleMy brother and I sold our property following the sudden passing of our Mum. From the very beginning Frances treated both of us and my Mum’s house with the care and professionalism that we needed. Not only did she secure our sale very quickly, achieving an excellent price, she was patient and talked us through things step by step. Despite a couple of hiccups, none of which down to Neil Robinson estate agents, we were steered through to completion expertly. Mia and Lloyd, guided the sale through to completion and could not have been more efficient, kind and professional. I would recommend Neil Robinson’s estate agent to anyone who wants a swift sale, to achieve the best price possible and to work with people you can truly trust. They made such a difficult process as easy for us as it could possibly be and for that we will always be grateful.

GoogleThrough my experience of looking to buy our first property, i dealt with many estate agents every day for weeks. Although i didnt buy my property from Neil Robinson as it was listed elsewhere, these were the best Estate Agents i dealt with (and there was many!) through the whole process! Very efficient, made me feel comfortable & tried there absolute best to accommodate me! Thank you, if in the future i decide to sell & move on, Neil Robinson will 1000% be my choice!

GoogleThe best estate agent I have dealt with to date (I have dealt with three properties this year), and the level of knowledge and communication from this agency is absolutely brilliant. The whole team dealing with the sale was knowledgeable, friendly, informed, and responded to all queries promptly. The fact the whole team dealing with a case is on a WhatsApp group, information is exchanged quickly and efficiently, unlike many agents, especially a big thumbs down to YourMove their nearest competitor which has dissapoiny d on 2 occasions, so we’ll done Neil Robinson. Highly recommended.

GoogleSo happy with the service I receive. Staff are so friendly and kept me informed. The WhatsApp group they set up for updates was brilliant as it meant I could get back to them when I was available, without missing calls when working. All the viewers they arranged were potential buyers rather than the time wasters I feel I've encountered previously. All in all, really excellent service that I just can't fault.
