GoogleNeil Robinson have been a fantastic letting agent to deal with for our first home together. The entire process of arranging viewings, submitting an application, signing the tenancy agreement and moving in was so straightforward. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and we felt well supported at every step. The fact that all of the paperwork was carried out online made things very simple, too. Bliss was wonderful throughout the entire process. She responded to all our queries promptly and made the application and rental process so easy. We really appreciate everything she did to help us and for being so approachable.

GoogleFrances made the viewing of the property very easy letting us look around in plenty of time , she knew the area and understood what sort of house we needed. Nothing was too much trouble asking lots of questions which she liased with the buyer on our behalf , we had a second viewing which again Frances found no trouble at all in fact encouraged it so we could be sure this was the right home for us .

GoogleWe had a phonecall, viewing arranged very quickly especially with all of this Covid and stuff, didn't expect so quick. Then we met a girl who made it all smooth and less stressful, she was there from day 1 to move in date, every few days on WhatsApp asking how I'm doing, updating me. Frances was a class act, almost became like a mate I had on WhatsApp constantly calming me down when something went wrong or I believed the house move wasnt happening. She was ALWAYYSSSSSS on the phone to the sellers, solicitors and myself. I cant lie, a house move is very stressful, and will still be stressful but Frances and the company will definitely help. They're an up and coming company and just hope they get the chances to compete with the bigger names, as there's more of a personal approach from the compared to the "Big names". GoogleI am in the process of purchasing a property through Neil Robinson estate agents and they have been a pleasure and easy company to deal with. I have met Neil who was very nice but I’ve mostly dealt with Francis who is honestly superb. She sorts questions and queries out and is contactable whenever you need her, nothing is too much trouble to her, that’s how I have felt. GoogleVery easy from start to finish, a couple of delays as with most house sales/purchases however, Frances kept me informed throughout the whole process. An offer was made for full asking price within 48 hours of it going live online. 4 months from start to finish.
