Neil Robinson came to value our house Wednesday, it was on the market the following day and had viewings booked instantly. It sold within days. Even though it was Easter weekend , his responses were still rapid. He is easy to contact via what's app. Frances helped us find a solicitor very quickly. We are delighted with Neil's service and couldn't recommend him enough. Neil has really supported us as it was our first time selling a house. Over the years I’ve used a few letting agents and Neil Robinson is head and shoulders above the rest . The communication was excellent letting me what was happening and explaining things in great depth. The level of service provided by Neil Robinson - in particular by Bliss - was really outstanding. Previously, we used the service of a big estate agency firm to let a property, and it went from one disappointment to the next one. With Neil Robinson Estate Agents, everything worked perfectly and on time. The advert was online the same day as we requested it, viewings started straight away, the candidates screening process was smooth and Bliss provided invaluable advice to help us achieve the best results; once the referencing was completed it only took a few hours for the agency to sort the agreement, the payments and move the tenant in. We wish we had found Neil Robinson sooner, as it would have saved us a lot of money and trouble, as not only they provide a much better service than some big and famous competitors, they are even less expensive.
