GoogleThe guys at Neil Robinson, specifically Frances, Lloyd and Mia, have been brilliant from start to finish. They provide realistic expectations, ensure potential buyers are in the position to make offers, and guide you through the whole process. They are professional, and caring and go above and beyond to help where they can. Would have no hesitation in Recommending them at all.

GoogleWe decided to move to a different estate agent after our house had been on the market for a few months. We wanted to improve the communication between ourselves and the agent, and to try for a more proactive marketing approach. We chose Neil Robinson as we liked the idea of someone who was more local and better “connected” and we felt that the personalised videos that Neil put together offered the chance to really sell our house with words as well as pictures. We met Frances and Neil and, although only early days, we think it has been the right approach. Both are professional and realistic and use a personalised Watsapp group to keep in touch with us each week. We had a viewing within the first day and will hope for more soon, but it has been a great start and we would give Neil Robinson a very strong recommendationPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSo far so good, as we are only at early stages of the sale going through, but what we have experienced so far has been brilliant. From enquiring on the website, to Frances coming out to the house has been an easy process. We actually didn't even bother with getting valuations from other agents as we had such a good feeling about the service. The house sold within a few 1 day of being on the market, it's been very smooth and professional, and also very comforting as selling the house has been quite emotional for us all. We noticed that the fee is be double what you would pay the likes of Purple Bricks, but we experienced the USP's Neil Robinson has straight away, also the service you receive from an Independent business to a chain is always different. The level of care and attention to detail shows, I felt very reassured by Frances’s professionalism. I love the idea of the WhatsApp group and the communication has been excellent, as well as the recommendation of the solicitors to use again. GoogleNeil was quick to respond to our request to meet and talk about listing our house. He was very through about the whole process and nothing has been too much trouble for Neil and his team. Always quick to reply to our messages either via WhatsApp or telephone. No hesitation in recommending Neil to friends and family. We met with Neil and Frances on Tuesday afternoon, we were live late Tuesday afternoon and received a message from Frances about a viewing! Our first viewers came round Thursday evening and put in an offer the next day, above the asking price!! Gobsmacked and delighted was our response. GoogleNeil has been absolutely fantastic working with us to get a tenant into our property and managing the property also. We were thoroughly informed throughout of all the processes and would would be required and what he was going to do. Always quick to respond and I can't fault Neil and his team. Highly recommended and hope to work with Neil long into the future. Oh and he's a really nice guy and that counts for alot in my books! Can't fault Neil or his team. Stay local, use Neil you won't be disappointed.

GoogleEveryone we came into contact with at Neil Robinson were extremely friendly and professional. Mis answered all our questions sometimes the same question more than once. They kept us updated on the whole process and made us feel at ease as we were nervous sellers having had a sale fall though a year before. Couldn't recommend Neil Robinson highly enough. Fantastic service and would recommend to everyone.
