GoogleNeil Robinson have been absolutely amazing from start to finish of us selling our property. Communication was top notch and they always went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying,selling or renting a property. You won’t be disappointed! Frances was the main person we dealt with and has been amazing. GoogleWe have had an amazing experience buying our first home with Neil Robinson. Laura has been absolutely outstanding throughout the whole experience, she would provide us with updates without us even having to chase and I really felt that she cared about our experience and making it as smooth as possible. She was incredibly proactive in helping to chase all parties for updates, and making sure that everything was moving as it should be. I honestly cannot thank her and the team enough and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Even though I was the buyer, Laura and Frances were brilliant from start to finish, really professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. They went out of their way to keep things running smoothly and always kept me updated. What could’ve been a stressful process was made so much easier thanks to their support. GoogleI had an absolutely fantastic experience selling my property with Neil Robinson Estate Agents and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Frances and the team were outstanding.. so responsive, proactive, and genuinely on top of everything. After having my property listed with another agent for over a year with no success, they managed to get the sale completed and within a 10 week deadline that I had insisted to hopefully to achieve (and I didn’t think it would likely be achievable). They handled everything so well and efficiently - from chasing solicitors and linking in with the buyer to managing things on the ground, with real speed, urgency and care. I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years, and this team has been the best by far. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their communication was excellent throughout. Thank you so much honestly won’t forget this positive experience which had been a very long drawn out process before enlisting Neil Robinson.. they are amazing!

She’s been a great agent throughout, always approachable, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She works hard to ensure new tenants settle in well, and whenever there’s been an issue or something that needs fixing in the flat, Bliss always contacts me first to keep me informed and then sorts it out efficiently. I’ve felt well supported the whole time and would highly recommend both Bliss and Neil Robinson to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.

I've crossed referenced this, and your name does not appear anywhere in our system, and none of my colleagues have taken a call about missed valuations anytime recently. Perhaps you could assist us with letting us know who you actually are, and when your valuation was booked for? If not, then perhaps you have reviewed the wrong company?

GoogleThe experience has been very smooth from start to finish. We applied on a Friday and were told that we would hear back on the Tuesday. We actually heard back Monday morning, which saved us a long journey to and from to view a house that we weren’t interested in. The service has been extremely efficient throughout and everything has been communicated clearly! Bliss has been looking after our property and her communication and helpfulness has been second to none.

GoogleI have been very impressed with Neil Robinson Estate Agents. Both options of Sale and Rental were presented at our first meeting where Lloyd and Bliss explained each process. My first thought regarding the flat was to sell and we quickly got to a point where an offer was made and accepted. However for personal reasons this fell though and as the sales enquiries dried up, I turned to the rental option. Bliss arranged 2 open days and an application was made at full rental price. The process has been quick and easy.
