GoogleSo far, Bairstow have been brilliant. I initially spoke to about 5 estate agents when I was looking to put my flat on the market & one big reason I went with Bairstow is their communication & how they would handle my situation seemed important to them. Other estate agents ignored my situation & just kept calling me when they knew I wouldn't have an update which put me off them massively. The service provided by Bairstow was brilliant & communication was great. So far they have provided me with the utmost professionalism & with my flat only being on the rental market for 24 hours (the property was even listed two hours after the photos were taken!), they already have 7 viewers lined up. I hope the rest of the process is as good as the first part has been!

GoogleIf I could rate lower I would!!! Rarely are property issues addressed in timely manner. Have previously spent 4 weeks without heating during winter periods as the agents never recorded the issue. This is consistent with other issues. Issues raised about properties are not resolved by trained professionals but by random odd job men which their below standard of work affects deposit returns as tennent is blamed for shoddy work. Still awaiting over payment of rent to be returned after many, many phone calls and emails over the last several weeks nothing has happened and agents act like it's the very first time the issue has been raised. Avoid at all cost
