GoogleI would recommend this estate agent if you are needing to sell your property. All the staff are very helpful and responsive. They go the extra mile when you have a request and they really helped move the sale along at a good speed. Thank you, Bairstow Eves! My one bit of advice is not regarding them as such, but the online conveyancing connect tool which they use. Solicitors from across the UK are able to pick your case and unfortunately, my solicitor company were not as efficient as I would have liked them to be. I advise looking up reviews of the company that you are given, to ensure that you feel confident moving forward. If you are not, then I presume you can contact them, or ask for a change of solicitor before fees are involved.

GoogleI relocated from Wiltshire 2 months ago and found my new home with Bairstow Eves Estate Agents in Sittingbourne. From the start these guys have been great and extremely accommodating. Tony (The Manager) has gone out of his way to show me the properties that I was interested in. Tracy finalised all the administration work and I moved in within two weeks of signing up with them. The zero deposit scheme which they're company is introducing, is absolutely fantastic and it helps new tenants find their new home without breaking the bank balance. Thank you guys for everything. Highly recommended!!!!!

GoogleWhat a fantastic estate agents. It’s such a shame they wasn’t ours but they were the sellers. Kelly and David always keeps in touch and updated on what was going on. I would highly recommend them. If I ever had a question they were always on hand and knew everything what was going on with our purchase. I would highly recommend them and if you are selling and don’t know who too use this estate agents are great.

My expectations were well managed and behind the scenes they lined up interested applicants ready for the day when the apartment was to be put on the market. A quick sale resulted which has gone from reservation to completion within 8 weeks, keeping me informed of progress all the way through. A great professional service. Well done!

GoogleHad a tricky situation with a development not being complete on time and not living anywhere near the property was a massive issue for arranging checks and viewings etc... Nicola took it into her own hands to check how the development was going and keep me updated and also arrange viewings even though it wasn't completley finished! Excellent service and would always reply the same day which is vital when time is of the essence. Highly reccomended!!

GoogleI rented a house with Bairstoweves sittingbourne for 11 years and within that time kept the property up to a immaculate standard when the landlord decided to sell it was amazing how this branch stop communicating around getting your deposit back and then take a landlords side in trying to get you to pay £200 for a cleaning bill that is totally unreasonable I was dealing with Tracy Scott please do not use this place!!!!
