GoogleHello, I would like to express my experience with Bairstow eves agency, I moved in sittingbourne but I was looking for house as my family was about to move in sittingbourne, It was a wonderful experience, they helped me in every aspect, I got the exactly location which I wanted that was convenient for me for work , kids school and shopping centre, they were always ready to help, very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend them. Nicholas millen he was always happy to help and deal very professionally with all the questions I had, superb guys, keep it up.

During a particularly stressful time of trying to find a rental to allow our house sale to proceed, and with the added complication of having dogs, I found the team went out of their way to help. GoogleDon't ever use them to rent out your property, all the insurances is just a scam, and just took 6 months to pay out, with lots of deductions Even had to fly across the globe from where I'm living to clean my property, as there fees didn't cover it a rip off

GoogleAs with any moving experience, there were some unexpected events, but our letting agent and letting company were amazing in the sense that they went out of their way on a weekend (Both Saturday and Sunday), to cater to our moving in day and make sure we were comfortable and settled before leaving us on our own. She made sure that we were in the house and we had access to everything. They also made sure we had direct contact number in case we needed their help.

The team have always been very helpful and polite and have dealt with any problems that have arisen (very few!) professionally and promptly. GoogleThis is the 2nd time of using this branch. First to purchase and then 18 months later to sell. David the manager assisted with the purchase and was really good and helped every step of the way. This time Charlie has helped sell it. We have had a nightmare with the solicitorss but between us we have pushed and resoved any issues or questions. Today we completed on the sale.
