As Executors we appointed the Esher office of KF to market our parents house. This was following what we viewed as knowledgable, clear advice from Adam Burlison and his team, which included how best to ‘present’ the property internally and externally. A good number of always accompanied viewings took place and we were always kept appraised of progress. All in all, a very good service.
Thank you for trusting us with the sale of the family home, the team enjoyed looking after you and I’m delighted the service we offered was appreciated.

I asked annual statements for tax return for 2 properties on 03 th of May Received 2 statements on 17 th of May : both with math mistakes, asked to check and send me back statements without mistakes, received on 30 th of May statements with math mistakes again . ( different )Again asked to check and send me statements again, still waiting. Sent a lot of emails, asked statements during telephone calls with property manager. Today is 03 th of July - 2 mounts later from first request and I still have not received correct annual statements.
