A positive experience all round

A busy mum of two living far from my property, I was looking for guidance, honesty, integrity and support selling my one bedroom flat. The market was extremely unpredictable and I was uncertain whether I wanted to stick to selling or renting. Sian-Louise in sales was personable and down to earth and did an excellent job of marketing the property for sale giving me honest and genuine feedback on the process every step of the way. In rentals Fran Levy was equally personable and proactive giving me sound advice and genuine feedback on how best to put the property in its best light for the rental market. I felt both agents were incredibly attentive to my needs as a client and had such an honest caring approach, which is very important to me. Very grateful for all your hard work. Many thanks!

I would really like to thank Sarah Rynne and Peter Pietrzak from the Wapping office for their help. I was able to acquire a rental property in a short time span. I had a very unpleasant experience with my unpaid tenant and the damages he created in the flat when the lease ended on 29/2/2024. I was tremendously upset at that time.However, my property manager Jocelyn has been helping me through these tough days. Great and reliable service. Due to circumstances I wasn't able to come for a physical viewing of the flat, but Konrad Kruk made sure to send all the necessary information I needed to make a good decision through recordings and pictures. Letting made simple

Have been letting through KF for a couple of years and the agent, Phillip Dunn, has made things very easy. The flat was let within hours of going live. There were a few teething problems with the place being a new build, and he was largely successful in keeping any stress away from me. Now the flat seems to be working fine with only the usual wear and tear problems and Phillip deals with issues without fuss, keeping me up to date on problems and suggesting fixes which are costed and only require a yes/no answer. Basically, it's letting made simple
