Googlereally a very nice agency where they do not answer the phone or let the automatic closing of the call be activated ... plus one of his hosts is that being who for months has not shown up to solve a big problem since a of the houses is completely covered with mold .and Humidity ... and a child lives there .. which is illegal not only immoral

GoogleI have used the services of Holland Broadbridge for letting, sales and valuations. I am very satisfied with the service I have received from each of the three aspects of this estate agency. I have always been treated with professionalism and great warmth by all staff. Sales staff helped me through a very complex sale in 2018 which involved selling a large property their support was invaluable Lettings staff have helped enormously over the last 9 years. I have been in contact with staff nearly 3 times a week and their unfailing courtesy has meant I never felt a burden. I happily recommend them to any prospective seller or person with property to let

GoogleCourteous, professional, knowledgable and most importantly skilled sales people - which is a necessity in getting your house sold... I instructed Holland Broadbridge to sell my small mid-terrace house in the Shrewsbury town centre - we had the house sold in a matter of weeks. What I found really useful is instead of agreeing with me constantly they gave useful advice which in the end ended up with us selling the property in a more timely manor as well as at a better premium. The cost of using local estate agents yes are slightly more expensive than the likes of your online estate agencies, however if you're looking for a team with *local* knowledge and that actually care about getting your house sold go with Holland Broadbridge.

GoogleExcellent help from Alex, I bought my house from them 3 years ago and was happy with the service then and I've come to value my house again with them and the service has been excellent again. Very helpful and knows what he's talking about. He also visited on a Saturday which helped while working away during the week. I would definitely recommend Holland and Broadbridge.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through this estate agent. From a purchaser's point of view, I found them helpful, professional and friendly. My only criticism is that the staff appear to be given very short time slots for viewings, with little time for them to drive between appointments. Therefore, credit is due to them for being patient and giving me extra time to view my potential property with builders etc to discuss wheelchair access and adaptations etc. I was happy with the service and the consideration they showed.

GoogleI have used this estate agent three times in the last four years to sell my house and my parents' house. The staff are always courteous and helpful and I wouldn't have gone back to them unless the service was excellent. They went above and beyond what would have been expected of an estate agent and for anybody looking for an estate agent in Shrewsbury I can't recommend them highly enough. Professional, and very fast service at all times.

GoogleDid not have a good experience with Holland Broadbridge. I very specifically ask for 24 hours notice before a viewing and requested not on a Sunday. Also asked to be contacted on my mobile only and yet this was not adhered to. Every time I spoke on the phone regarding my property, I felt I was not listened to and was actually spoken over. Did not feel much effort was put in to selling my home and only had two viewings in 5 months!!!! Not a lot of marketing seemed to be done and instead very quickly was approached about reducing the cost!!! I was actually warned by quite a few people not to go with these guys and I wish I had listened. Even now having told them to remove my property, they asked if they could go on as a second agent and said they had tried contacting me several times leaving messages but did not call the number I said to call on. In the end I found them quite rude and unprofessional.

GoogleWe spent a number of weeks earlier this year debating whether to move. We had our property valued and we looked at a few properties. In the end we decided to stay put but the level of service we received from Holland Broadbridge was exceptional. They were prompt in getting back to us, listened to and understood our requirements. Although we are not moving now, should we decide to in the future we would not hesitate to come back to this agency before going anywhere else.

GoogleI have to say I am a very impatient person and can not bare waiting round. I like to get things moving and answers at least within 24 hours of me making contact. Stunned I have found someone that delivers this service. Super speedy email correspondence and the contact details of people I need to speak to. Thank you and lets hope things continue moving forward this quick :) Keep up the good work Peter and the rest of the team :) Professionals at their best!
