Holland Broadbridge dealt with our sale and purchase for the second time. We used them again this time due to how brilliant they were the first time! We faced some difficulties the second time round, not with Holland Broadbridge but the purchase itself, they were completely transparent making things so much easier for us and helped us overcome every hurdle! The communication they had with us and other parties involved was excellent and again really needed when going through a house sale/buy. Specifically Charlotte was so attentive, anything we asked she attended to, cannot thank her and Holland Broadbridge enough for the support and outstanding service provided. Highly recommend using this agent.

Hi all, I have marketed my properties with the team for nearly 40 years, so when my father in law needed to sell his house and land it was a no brainer Although a bit more than a normal residential property, they handled it with ease and Alex arranged a superb write up and photos. With James and Peter keeping me updated we had a sale agreed relatively quickly. Through no fault of the team final completion dragged on, but they still kept me in the loop with any updates and on 31st May we handed over the keys. From the initial call to the office in Shrewsbury, I was met with a friendly conversation to pass my details to Alex who I had been recommended highly by a friend. Alex promptly called back, listened to my needs and set an appointment to view my property for a valuation. Even on his last morning prior to Christmas, Alex carried out the survey and even emailed the full details before breaking for Christmas. During the period the house was let continuously to numerous tenants. Rent was collected and credited on time the and all requests for support actioned promptly. If Holland Broadbridge were a lager it would have to be Carlsberg! From start to finish Gary and his team showed true dedication in the sale of our property. Gary in particular was with us through the whole process even at the end of a phone on our many sleepless nights. To say our sale went smoothly would be a lie, but I truly believe without his commitment and reasoning it might never of happened and we thank him personally for that.
