GoogleFrom the start Alex was so helpful and he put our property on and was sold with in a week, So grateful to Alex, Harry and James, guiding us through whole process very professional . Kept us updated on everything. Thankyou Holland and Broadbridge Happy New year

GoogleOverall a terrible letting experience! Upon moving into the property it was found to be in terrible condition, stinking of dogs and filthy, the previous tenants had not cleaned at all. Garden like a jungle etc. Tried raising this and were told its just what its like and that the house had been cleaned. Land lords "handyman" had been in to do some plastering and had not cleaned up or finished the job. Cooker packed in within a month, without going into details Holland Broadbridge took no responsibility and it took months and months to get a working cooker. Landlord sent round contractors with no prior notice, woke up one Sunday to find someone digging up the driveway! Landlord decided to sell up 5 months into a 12 month tenancy, we then had prospective buyers showing up unannounced, viewings being booked in when we just wanted to live in the house, Holland Broadbridge (who were the estate agents) said "so long as we give you 24h notice we can show up when we want." Upon checking out, letting agent turned up on the wrong day to conduct exit inspection, and had the wrong inventory! we were then accused of causing damage and mess which was left by the previous tenants. In 8 years of renting we have never had such a bad experience. I hope some lessons can be learned and future tenants have a better experience.

GoogleEveryone at Holland Broadbridge was very helpful and accommodating. They made my first purchase run as smoothly as possible, I would happily buy/sell through them again. Gary was especially kind , helpful and always very positive in helping. Charlotte was lovely too.

GoogleSpecial thanks, especially to Peter and Charlotte. Peter: Extremely knowledgeable and helped us identify the right property for our move from Bristol to Shrewsbury. We will always be thankful for the time, effort, and, most importantly, honesty, everyone at Holland Broadbridge are people focused and listen. I would highly recommend speaking to Peter et al. during the buying process. Charlotte: WOW! How she can hold a complete chain in the absence of conveyancer proactivity and some of the most challenging chain participants is amazing! She is a people person who really cares for her clients, and her personality shines through her emails and call updates (again, above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent). We will undoubtedly be in debt to them, and we felt that we had a group of friends at the end of the process, which means a lot for a bunch of newbies to Shrewsbury! Everyone has a smile on their face. Even in the most challenging economic climate, they put customers first, which shows outstanding leadership. Charlotte and Peter deserve promotions (and a pay rise) to keep them; they are worth their weight in gold and have a USP that outshines their competitors.
