GoogleAlex Bebb came to value my home. He was very nice and complimentary about my home of over a decade, he gave me helpful tips about the housing market and how to add value to my home. He knew what he was talking about on a holistic level from architectural floor plans, building regulations and of course the best way to buy and sell. I would personally recommend Alex if you deal with Holland Broadbridge.

GoogleWe have sold our house through a different estate agent, but have been dealing with Holland and Broadbridge when attempting to buy another house. We cannot fault Steve and his team at all. They have been contactable at all times, played the middle man for us in the best possible way, have maintained professionalism and positivity all through our experiences with them. Danielle, who showed us around the house we were intending to buy was so lovely, welcoming and warm. We really can not fault the whole Holland and broadbridge team at all (ESPECIALLY with the end result). GoogleI approached several estate agents prior to putting my house on the market and Holland Broadbridge stood out as head and shoulders above the rest right from the off. Gary Holland was particularly sensitive to my situation and took time to discuss it at length, but it didn't end there - the whole team handled my sale with the utmost sensitivity, professionalism and care. A special mention to Alex who turned my buyers from 'not ruling it out' to 'definitely buying' in one conversation! However, it didn't matter who answered the phone - Steve, Peter, James, Charlotte, Louise - they promptly and professionally dealt with any query and I was made to feel that everyone was completely on board and couldn't do enough to help. The fact that I also bought my new home through HB was a bonus. I couldn't fault them and would highly recommend.

GoogleI have now used Holland and broadbridge on two occasions one for selling and one for buying and on both occasions their service was outstanding. On our recent sale we needed to sell as soon as possible and decided to go with them rather than online and it was worth every penny. We sold our house quickly and for the price that we wanted. They kept us updated and the staff were always friendly and approachable, James in particular and the owner Gary were always happy to help in any way they could. Thank you Holland and Broadbridge for your help yet again !

GoogleI have used Holland and Broadbridge for their Lettings services over four years and have been extremely pleased with them. Their charges are reasonable and the service has been outstanding. They are easy to deal with, extremely efficient and can find reasonably-charging tradesmen who act promptly which, as I live in the States, was invaluable to me. Every month the statements arrived with accompanying bills for services as and when needed, which made filling out my tax return straightforward. Fiona and her team will go well above and beyond the call of duty to assist their clients. Personally, I would never use another rental agency and cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAs first time buyers we could not have hoped for such a supportive and professional team to assist us in buying our house. The staff are honest, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The HB team held our hands and supported us throughout the process and gave us honest and accurate advice. James, Danielle and Gary were outstanding and really know how to provide a personal service. All communications between ourselves and the vendor were commuted speedily and accurately. We gained a real sense of trust which unfortunately we have not felt with other companies in the area. Within the span of a week I had a valuation, the photographer visit, the demo of my advert, approved the advert, the house is now sold!!
