GoogleNo I have not confused you with another letting agent. Your member of staff was incredibly rude at the property. Following the viewing I attended your office whereupon I was totally ignored by the staff who carried on with whatever they were doing. I have rented now for 4 years and my landlord has expressed I am a model tenant! It may not be your policy but it certainly was your actions.

Amelia, we have replied to your partner Jordan however this is the third review you’ve both added after deleting the previous two. The property you rented is a LET ONLY, we don’t or never have managed the property, all communication is to be between yourself and the landlord however we’re more than happy to step in to help if needed. As you can see from our 200 plus reviews across facebook and google our tenants and landlords are extremely happy with the service. I have checked all communication and there has been no emails that haven’t been replied to, you were provided with advice to speak with your landlord. I'm struggling to understand why you feel we're an awful company and I think the only reason you have added a bad review is due to your frustration over your landlord wanting to hold back your deposit (your landlords decision not ours) however following the report and seeing the photos I can understand why he would. I’d recommend trying to have a conversation with your landlord to resolve rather than writing reviews across each platform about office’s you haven’t had any dealings with.
