FacebookI can't reccomend Maria enough! I met Maria when I found out my landlord was selling the property myself and my daughter lived in. I was in a state of panic but Maria immediately put me at ease. It was the first time I felt I was taken seriously by an Estate Agents, due to being in receipt of Universal Credit I often found there was alot of discrimination involved in the rental market. Maria treated me like any other tenant and it was such a calm process and I'm now settling into my new home. Maria has always gone above and beyond to answer any questions or queries. GoogleTwo times now made simple requests to Town and Country Deeside and Mold in the past. The last being a simple e-mail to ask if a property was still on the market. No reply at all other than an automatic data collection e-mail wanting my details and circumstances. I'm a cash buyer and was ready with an offer without needing to view. Put a poor review on their site which they regulate guess what ?? not posted surprise surprise. Wont be a third time !

GoogleHave recently just completed on the sale of my house Town & Country gave excellent service Keith came to value the property I was very impressed that He had already looked into and found that we’d already got an EPC certificate . The photographs were excellent . . . We were kept up-to-date with feedback from viewers . Once an offer was excepted we kept well informed of each step by a lovely lady called Brenda I can’t recommend this estate agent enough they were always on hand with information and help if we needed it. We came across a few problems . But with the information we got from Town & Country we came across a problem quickly can’t thank them enough .

GoogleIt's sad to see that people no longer have morals and appetite to do the right thing. Absolutely rude staff on first engagement and then went on to offer a property to another buyer after we had agreed the price. Their argument was that we were slow with the purchase. What a joke! Mr Keith and Brenda, please know that a house isn't the same as a tomato. Why are you lying Keith? Didn't you check your records to see my proof of ID? or did you forget I was at your office to speak to Brenda? Now you lie that you have no dealings with me. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for telling lies. I was in your office and you have my documents.

GoogleI would like to thank T&C for being great letting agents. Our experience of renting from them has been very positive, we've found communication very swift and all issues raised have been dealt with within a reasonable timeframe. In the future, they will certainly come highly recommended by ourselves and when we are ready to let out our own properties, we will certainly consider T&C as our own agent.

From initial valuation to completion everything went smoothly due to all employees hard work. Their price point is very competitive. I would 100% recommend using T&C for any property Sale. GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with the attitude and unhelpful phone call with town and country letting agency. My daughter woke up to a leak in the house that she rents on Sunday morning. This leak came through the ceiling and tripped all the electrics of.having no emergency contacts numbers at the shotton office wich was closed we phoned Molds office.having explained that water was dripping threw the ceiling that we had no electrics and that she was pregnant they told us that they couldn't do anything to help as we didn't live in Mold wich is 10 mins away from Connahs Quay.we asked for a emergency contact number for Shotton office and was told that she would risk losing her job if she gave out contact numbers to us as we didn't live in mold.never known such an unhelpful company. Do not recommend renting property from this company as there customer service skills clearly need updating and they are not bothered by any problems you have

Google10/10 firm! Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful! Absolutely loved dealing with Christie! She was always so happy and friendly, I adored calling her with updates / check ins every week! Super sad I couldn't finish my buying journey off with her, but she made the long process so much more bearable !
