I cannot thank the Team at William Gleave Deeside enough! We initially met Sarah who gave us an honest and appropriate valuation of our property. She took FANTASTIC photos of our home, gave us great ideas for how to present rooms and move items out to avoid clutter. All done with respect and care and the main aim to help sell our home. We then had one point of contact with Emilie (in the main) and she was also FANTASTIC. She was extremely responsive, kept us informed about viewings, timings and always gave us enough notice to get our little fur babies out of the house! Emilie was always professional, but very approachable. She was willing to put in the work for us. To be honest I think we got a bit stressy in the end, but she was able to keep us grounded and help ensure the sale went through with ease. As sometimes happens, staff go on holiday, but whenever we needed help with something, there were always other staff who updated themselves and us with progress, queries etc. I think Amy needs a mention here too, as she was very helpful. It is difficult to single out staff members, as absolutely everyone who we spoke to over the phone or in person were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend you use William Gleave for your house sale and certainly take a look at their selection of properties for sale, as they will take good care of you. Finally, THNAK YOU EVERYONE! :-)

I would highly recommend william gleave if you are buying a property. All of the people in the deeside branch who I have had contact with in buying my first home have been polite and helpful. Amy Gray was dealing with my purchase, and she was very helpful. Was always active and patient in answering my questions even by email. Gave concise information on what was needed all throughout my purchase. A big thank you all who were involved, and I would definitely use them again in the future if I was ever in need of property services.

Can't recommend Christie at William Gleave enough, when we were showed around the house which we thankfully got accepted on, she was helpful with any questions which I needed to ask, patient when showing us around & really friendly. Highly recommended Estate Agent who provide a professional and efficient service. Town and Country realistically valued our property, unlike other agents who valued it much lower for a quick sale, despite this we still achieved an offer very close to the asking price within weeks. Keith and his team could not have been more helpful, and all enquiries were dealt with in a timely fashion and we were kept updated on the progress of the sale throughout; the staff definitely went the extra mile. If you are looking for a company that is customer friendly, responsive and reactive then this is the estate agency for you. I bought my house 21 years ago through Town and Country and initially met Keith then. He went above and beyond for us back in 2000 as first time buyers and reassured us all the way. My first choice to sell the same property was always going to be back to Keith. A big thanks especially to Brenda, Brenda made sure that we were always kept up to date and would happily chase any queries I had. Brenda's, advice, knowledge and expertise was invaluable at the viewing stage of our property. Brenda is considerate and very kind who completely understands the stresses experienced by the seller. I loved our chats and Brenda's reassuring yet confident nature is hard to come by these days. We turned to Town & Country, and their knowledge of the market and how to advertise was rewarded by a plethora of viewings and a subsequent sale.
