GoogleA truly professional service by the team at Shoreham by Sea office right from the initial valuation through the photographs, which really showed my property at its best, accompanied viewings where the professionals form Jacobs Steel spent time taking each viewing round the house giving potential buyers time to view in a relaxed atmosphere and made sure that the best possible price was obtained and continued to drive the sale forward right up to completion. All this for a very reasonable commission rate

GoogleI found them all at the Shoreham office fantastic with their friendly banter (Matt, the manager does remind me of Ricky Gervais in the nicest possible way!) but also their drive, professionalism and positive attitude wanting the very best for their clients is truly inspiring. The sale of my mother's bungalow went through so smoothly from having it valued right through to completion even though there was a chain of five properties involved. They also even organised all the house clearance as my mother had to go into a nursing home, this too was done with exceptional efficiency by a lovely company and I was left with nothing to do!
I just wish that when we come to sell our family home of nearly thirty years there will be a Jacobs Steele office like this one in our area!
