Jacobs Steel Shoreham-By-Sea reviews

I would recommend Jacobs Steel (especially Shoreham branch!!). We used a scheme that allowed us to use 3 estate agents to sell our home but we wish we'd just gone with JS. Compared to the others, they were the most professional, responsive and enthusiastic about selling our home. They brought in the most amount of viewings and sold our property quickly!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Have recently completed on a sale that was dealt with by Matt and the team at Shoreham. Think it is safe to say it wasn’t the easiest of sales, however Matt and team really did go that extra mile to get the sale through for us. Thank you all so much.

We would like to thank Matt, Jake and the rest of the team at Jacobs Steel Shoreham! The team have been nothing but helpful and positive through a tricky period with covid 19. They have bent over backwards to get us the home we have been waiting so long for, we cannot thank them enough. We would strongly recommend Jacob steel.

Recently completed on a property I sold on Shoreham Beach via Jacob’s Steele. I was essentially the last in a very long chain which went on for over a year ! Initially Mat gave me a realistic valuation rather than one I’d received from a different agent that was artificially hiked up which that had led to quite a lot of wasted crucial summer months selling time. We accepted an offer but to keep it brief it dragged on and on due to solicitors further down the chain being completely incompetent. Dom took over all sales negotiations and truly went above and beyond his normal duties to keep me updated , sometimes hourly. He kept the sale buoyant not only for me but for others lower in the chain that had the misfortune of using poor agents and solicitors. It went to the line , literally the day and thanks to Dom, Mat and the team we exchanged and completed in this dropping market with out any further negotiations. I’d certainly recommend them. Jon EB

The experience of buying and selling through Jacob Steel has been the most communicative one I have had after going through the process 4 times with other agents. Everyone I dealt with at Jacob steel shoreham were so warm and helpful. Just had the human touch. They were speedy in response and always kept me up to date. Recommend to anyone selling or buying.

We have just completed our sale. In this difficult market all the team have worked hard to achieve this . Aden oversaw the process and although there were a few obstacles ensured we made it to completion in a relatively quick manner. Would recommend Jacobs Steel as they are proactive, professional and we felt ‘ looked after’ through the whole process..

Very refreshing to deal with a firm who never failed to answer phone calls and queries professionally and expediently. Everyone of the staff I dealt with were kind and friendly and worked hard to ensure the process of sale was successfully completed. I would therefore happily recommend Jacobs Steel to others.

During our house moving process we had communications with at least 10 Estate Agents & Jacobs Steele were head & shoulders above the rest. We would like to particularly praise Dom Sbuttoni who's communication was excellent, we particularly appreciated his empathy, which is so important to house buyers. Highly recommend themPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Matt Balmer and his team worked incredibly hard for us dealing with a very difficult transaction due to an insurance subsidence claim being outstanding at our end. The patience and professionalism shown was of the highest order and we highly recommend Matt and his team.

brilliant customer care from the team at Jacob Steel in our experience one of the Best in Shoreham now. Aden and Matt saw the sale through to the end. Great service , even gave the buyers specific long visits before exchange and allowed us to meet so we could pass on useful info about the home......unlike the agent we were buying through who made it very difficult to view the property we were buying , would think twice about buying from them again l would certainly never sell with them ...will just say it started with an M ..... thank you all

I can't recommend Jacobs Steel enough. Dom was brilliant throughout our entire sale and given all the issues we had with solicitors and vendors was a breath of fresh air. I couldn't have got through a lot of it without his clear head and sound advice. Thanks Dom!
