FacebookAfter several negative experiences with other estate agents we instructed Smart Homes after meeting Jamie and Russell. We went on the market on Thursday afternoon, with block viewings booked for that Saturday and an acceptable offer received Sunday morning! Then Gin went over and above to ensure a smooth completion. Everyone we engaged with at Smart during the process was professional and helpful. We would highly recommend them!

GoogleUnfortunately I was unable to move, but the lovely lady Senka was so helpful over the phone during this time trying to help me find a property to move into. Senka, was the only estate agent who phoned me back genuinely wanted to help me find a property. Will be using this estate agent in the future when I am able to move

GoogleA long time since I was here, so glad I returned.A very smart eating room, staff friendly, I think a little inexperienced, took our water away without asking. The Sunday was very extensive. I choose the pork belly good portions. Our party have decided we will be returning very soon. I have the surroundings are not spoilt by the upcoming hotel extension. Cheers

GoogleWe have recently sold our property via Smart Homes and I am really pleased to report that our experience, from start to finish, has been outstanding. The service has been professional and honest with great communication, including weekly updates, viewing feedback and property market reports. Their advertising and photography really captured our home as we had hoped and when we made some alterations to the property (decorating), Smart homes came out immediately to take new photos and published updated advertising straight away. From the moment we accepted an offer we were advised of who our sale liaison person was (Gin Kaur). We had regular contact and she really did push our sale through. Smart Homes have definatley relieved many of the pressures that come with buying and selling, and I have no doubt that we shall use their service again in the future as and when required. TrustpilotExtremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience with Smart Homes Agency. Their team was unprepared during house viewings, failed to highlight any of the property’s strengths, and gave no feedback at all. Communication was poor and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.
