I have been a tenant for over six years. I have had regular inspections of my property however my recent experience with Debbie Jackon was outstanding. The inspection was thorough going through each room and the outside, discussing what was good as well as issues. She recorded each area describing the issues and taking photographs. Debbie was good to talk to, being a good listener and communicator. Thank you Debbie for making an inspection an enjoyable experience and not something to dread.

Great property management team to work with. Mia, Jenna, Callum, Abbie, Adam, Kevin & Tenille. Their communication is always clear, jobs are well organised and any issues are dealt with quickly. I have recently moved into my new property with Uni2rent part of John Shepherd and I have to say it was very smooth process for me to get into the new property. My previous tenancy agreement was about to end and I have to move in on the very same day and it was Friday evening, most of the letting agency try to shift the move in to Monday but when I requested Monica Moran she managed to give me the keys the same day I requested and I am very glad she did. I would also like to mention Ellis Boakye here the way he helped me to move in and sort every problem I had was tremendously good. If anyone reading this review I would suggest to book with them and honestly they have great properties.

Throughout our years tenancy with John shepherd we have been chasing up a £100 cash incentive that was originally offered to us for staying on with the company. After numerous emails, phone calls and visits to there office with promises being made to us, we are still yet to be paid. Overall, the management and staff communication at the company seems very poor, and they have very little regard to students.
