The experience with John Shepherd was standard it’s really what you expect it to be. The thing that did stand out for me was Alex genuinely who managed to help me through start to end and explained everything properly to me. He went out his own way to stay after his shift to show me a property because I wasn’t free no other day and this was so beneficial because I’m moving in a day or 2.

Reported a repair for my hot water tank at 7am panicking about no hot water / heating with a child in my property, by half 9 I had the lovely Pauline dealing with it and had contractors assigned almost straight away, was a very fast process and Pauline even rang me to give me the heads up about the contractor struggling to contact me to arrange coming out, she was so friendly and sorted it all very quickly, Parker & sons (Charlie) arrived at my property within half an hour of speaking to somebody at the office and now it’s all sorted. I have been a tenant for over six years. I have had regular inspections of my property however my recent experience with Debbie Jackon was outstanding. The inspection was thorough going through each room and the outside, discussing what was good as well as issues. She recorded each area describing the issues and taking photographs. Debbie was good to talk to, being a good listener and communicator. Thank you Debbie for making an inspection an enjoyable experience and not something to dread.
