GoogleHi everyone they r pretending they are well but in actual way i had a property from them first they took from me £450 only which is not refundable i was agree now end of day when i left property they send me bill and put wrong alegatations saying i damaged the property stuff so when i asked no reply no mention only things could b out of other even i paid for insurance simply these are thieves pls donot recommend of this company they send me bloody £918 bills only for garden clean it was such a horrible services all the best
Hello, We attempted to call you a number of times to discuss this to no avail. Flatfair No Deposit is the simple and safe alternative to security deposits. Tenants pay a small check-in fee worth only one week's rent plus VAT, split evenly across the household, as well as any damage costs or missing rent being paid for when it's time to move out, this was signed and agreed by yourselves at the start of the tenancy. Unfortunately, you did not return the property as it was provided to you therefore, there were charges for this. We urge all tenants to please return the property as they found it to avoid this and I recommend you take better care in the future. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to get in touch as we will be more than happy to discuss further. haart

GoogleEllie Powell arrived at the house today with potential buyers for a viewing. I found her to be incredibly helpful and knowledge and was impressed by her professionalism and ability to build a rapor with the potential buyers and with myself as the outgoing tennant. After the viewing was over Ellie came back into the house to fully introduce herself and ask how I was feeling as she knew I had been unwell, which was very touching as she must be incredibly busy. Knowing I would be looking for a new home and was full of advice and reassurance. GoogleThe house was sold quickly and staff were pleasant, However repeatedly supplied us with inaccurate information regarding moving details and when we arrived in our new property Were given the cold shoulder and wouldn't give and assistance with issues to do with the sale and purchase I feel like once they had got to the point of STC The help dried up they were going to be paid and no longer cared
