The Haart team were so amazing in helping us find a place, but especially Nicola was a complete lifesaver, she went above and beyond to help us acquire a beautiful place through we were in a tricky set of circumstances and needing one on short notice. Nicola and the team took care of every detail of the process in a extremely timely manner and were always quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure we felt reassured while being consistently reliable and empathetic to our situation. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Nicola, she became not just our agent but a good friend by being such an all around wonderful person. I know that in the future as my family grows I will be going through Haart and Nicola again to find our forever home.

Nicola and the Haart team did an amazing job helping us find a flat. We had a very complex set of requirements and circumstances, and they were still able to find us the perfect place and get us moved in quickly. We also ran into some accounting issues on our end, and they made sure we were well taken care of while everything was being sorted out. We worked with a number of other agents and individuals who were not able to help us in the way we needed, but Nicola and the team at Haart provided a level of service we simply could not find anywhere else. Nicola, as manager, was especially helpful throughout the process. They were excellent from start to finish. 10/10, would absolutely use them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place.

I have been informing you since October about the gas which is the most dangerous but you still say (sorry to hear this) that it has yet to be fixed or that some inspection has yet to be done… Water is getting into the room from the rain (we are reporting this to you, your answer is sorry to hear it, buy a cheap spray from the supermarket!!! Knowing that there are children staying!!!! We are informing you that there are mice Again you are sorry but since October!!! And here we go December I inform you that the children's room smells like someone has died and you tell me sorry to hear it, spray some spray for the humidity and open the windows, fortunately you had to inform me about the windows that they open!!!! But the best thing is you never answer the phone I have everything on the camera you say today we will come and do it for you and then you say after Christmas. But when you want new buyers to come, you want us to open the door for you for your own benefit… Unfortunately, the dignity and health of my children costs 1£ and your own pocket for your own benefit costs as much as the value of the house is 1,500,000£ Thank you Haart !!

Id like to recommend Ida and give her a great 5 star rating as she was very quick and efficient with the renewing of my contract. I’d like to give Tom a fabulous 5 stars as he was ever so wonderful with the whole process. He was very personable and remembered my name and how to say it perfectly from the get go and it’s not always easy as my name’s French. Tom was always available to assist and respond to all queries, which helped with setting up everything and moving in as planned- I’d very much recommend Haart as a Lettings agency overall. They look after you from a potential tenant to when you become a tenant and during your time and if you stop by at their office, be on the look out for Tom as he’s excellent at his job. I would never recommend Haart Lettings on Whiteladies Road. My housemates and I were forced to live in a mold-infested property that left us coughing constantly and had serious impacts on our health. I even had to see my GP due to symptoms triggered by the awful living conditions. Despite paying premium rent, the agency showed zero concern. Our safety was also compromised, as the patio door couldn’t be locked for months. We were left vulnerable to break-ins and theft, all while Haart dragged their feet on this critical issue. When it came time to move out, we were hit with an extortionate cleaning fee, a fee so high that it felt like outright financial exploitation. Throughout this nightmare, Shannon Bull, Nicola Lewis, and Thomas Newson were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They offered no contact with the landlord, no real support, and seemed only focused on squeezing us for money. If you value your health, safety, and finances, avoid this agency at all costs. They do not care about tenants, only profit. They're so cheap that they even forced me to leave a "falsified" 5 Star review!! If your a student Definitley AVOID.

As first time buyers, we felt a little overwhelmed jumping into the house buying world! Thomas made us feel very relaxed about everything and was really informative about all the properties. He also went out of his way to show us other properties that we hadn’t considered yet and spent a lot of time talking with us to find out what we liked / didn’t like so he could do more research for us.
