GoogleAdrian and the team were excellent. Helped sell our house in a professional and caring manner. We were selling a family home to pay care bills and it was a difficult situation, Adrian and the team helped by making the process stress free and quick. Very impressed with customer service and communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Sarah F and Emma W have both been so welcoming and knowledgeable with answering any questions we've had, it's really helped put us at ease through the process which was frankly getting us down due to circumstances beyond their control. All of the staff in the branch, from Teresa (the manager) to Tony (the mortgage broker) were very helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Giovanna Scippo was dealing with me and did most of the legwork and chasing throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with and I am sure that the deal would not have gone through half as quickly if she hadn't been so professional and proactive with everything. They really know the local market and worked hard to bring in viewings. GoogleGiovanna Scippo guided us through our house selling and buying. Giovanna was extremely thoughtful, pro-active andf professional throughout. Her updates were always well researched , and her passing on of info was articulate and concise. I would hunt her down and want to use her as my Estate Agent in the future! I always felt assured Giovanna was acting in my best interests. I used a solictor on recommendaiton, which worked out really well as well. Esentially, my "team" of Giovanna and my solicitor worked out very well for me. The same cant be said for other agents/solicitors in my chain, unnfortunatley! So in summary, I would not hesitate to work with Giovanna again and I 100% recommend her to anyone.
