Experienced terrible service through Haart. the initial taking of the deposit and access to an online viewing prior to letting a flat was very quick and efficient, but experienced nothing but headaches from then onwards. the online portal system is a nightmare, they repeatedly got email addresses wrong and we received very rude emails when we were unable to fill out details online; when it came to actually collecting the keys I travelled twice from 2 hours away to be able to move in and both times the contract was voided because of errors on their end - no communication about this and it delayed our move in date. We weren't given the correct keys or any details for the landlord and again received rude communication when trying to chase up on this. The people in the branch have always been friendly and approachable but the whole system is very difficult to navigate and is certainly not set up to be tenant friendly.

Great service and highly recommended. haart were professional throughout, marketed our property very well and achieved a quick sale at a good price which we were very satisfied with. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and dedicated and kept us informed at all stages. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond the control of haart we were never able to complete and have had to pull out of the market for now. However, we would have no hesitation in considering them again as soon as we're in a better position to try again.

We were potential buyers so not strictly clients. Good: Viewing & negotiations conducted promptly & professionally by a newer member of staff. Purchase postponed indefinitely by sellers due to a sensitive personal issue. Bad: After weeks of no update from seller (understandable), agent became more distant & wouldn't return our calls. Called Haart to withdraw & inform partner had become pregnant so needed to move urgently. 3 days later agent called back pregnant partner and upset her. Leaves a sour taste.

My wife and I have been toying with the idea of selling our home to upsize as she’s pregnant. After having 3 agents visit us we had given up as we didn’t find any of them to be helpful, they arrived late and none of them gave us an accurate price almost £150.000 difference in some cases. Our final agent to visit us was Haart and Cheryl who turned up on time and full of enthusiasm. One of the noticeable differences was her preparation, she had several sets of statistics and showed enormous knowledge and expertise. Very happy with Haart and the personalised service they've provided in the sale of our home. Dan and Nigel have been brilliant. After having our house on the market for 3 months with another agent and only 2 viewings of the property through them, we made the right decision to move to Haart. Nigel really sold us on their marketing, their service and their reputation. Nigel and Dan were able to get several viewings and offers for our house within roughly a month on the market! During the search for our new house, Eva showed us around a few properties in our search area. Our first impressions of Eva were that she was friendly, engaging and interested in finding out our needs for our property move. When we found our dream house through Haarts, Eva was so helpful by providing us with timely communication, liaising between the seller and ourselves and generally being a positive force during what can be quite a stressful time! We really appreciated Eva giving us the time to visit the house for a second viewing and making it easy for our surveyor to visit the property also. Overall, we would use Eva again in a heartbeat. We turned up unannounced to look at the outside of a property, and fortunately Eva was there with another prospective buyer. She made time to show us around as well, and was knowledgeable about the property. It turned out to be a very difficult purchase, thanks to complexities of the property and incompetence by both sets of solicitors. Eva shepherded the vendor and solicitors through 8 months of negotiations, stalling and procrastination, and finally this week we will exchange and complete. Eva has always remained upbeat and kept the faith, although she must have doubted it was ever going to happen! During our search for our house, we came across many different estate agents and genuinely couldn't have found more of a gem than Eva at Haart. From the very first interaction (at a house we didn't like at all tbh) Eva was warm, funny friendly and picked up on our feelings quickly, meaning we could have more purposeful conversations. On our second viewing with Eva, we liked the house so much that we put an offer in and luckily managed to secure the house. From then, we had many many ups and downs (as I am sure lots of people do) but Eva was always at the end of the phone or email, very friendly and always working towards the outcome of the sale going through as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, it was clear that Eva was always working hard to make sure the right outcome for all parties was achieved and that we were all happy to proceed at all stages. We have now moved into the home and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Eva for all of your hard work! We are so happy with our house :-) Dave and Natalie
