GoogleAs a landlord, I’ve used Haart for a number of years now, and have found their new Property Manager Ida Matczak, to be a breath of fresh air. She Always returns calls and emails in a timely fashion, and regularly gives me progress updates, so I’m always in the picture as to what is happening to my property. GoogleIt took us 17 months to move house, including 4 different houses. All to do with the people we were buying from so nothing we could have done about it. Hannah and the team were great, always in contact, giving good advice and keeping our buyer happy through the process. They never pressured us to do anything we didn't want to, and were always aware that we wanted the best for our family. If you want to stay informed and know what is happening, I'd highly recommend the fishponds Haart team.

GoogleOur experience with Haart has been excellent. After initially trying to sell our property through another agent we were left with a poor experience and a sale we needed to get pushed through promptly. The Haart team were well aware of exactly what was going on as well as what was needed to progress in the best timescales possible. The system the team used to update us also helped set expectations and easily track progress. We would highly recommend anyone looking to use Haart and in particular would like to thank Tracey, Eva and Hannah for working so hard in ensuring our sale went through.

GoogleHaart Fishponds went beyond our expectations when selling our house. Starting with Tracy’s beautiful pictures of our house and Sam and Hannah’s professionalism with the viewings. Once a sale was agreed Hannah took complete control over the process and was exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly, gave us weekly updates, kept everyone in the chain updated and even chased our purchase estate agent and conveyancers to keep everything running smoothly. During what can be a very stressful time, I find communication is key and this is where Hannah didn’t let us down. Nothing was too much trouble and every question answered. We found her to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleJames was a professional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for him. The whole process was thoroughly explained and he took his time staging our property to ensure that it was presented to the best of his abilities. James appears to really care about his clients, making sure he takes time to show an interest in all aspects of the sale and purchase you are making. I would say that he goes above and beyond. Haart made the whole process easy for us, having just had a new baby we wanted to be able to market the property with the minimum of fuss and selling through James' suggestion of an open house was ideal as we didn't have to keep recleaning up the house ready for viewings. The negotiation team were fab, again, everyone being really personable and professional. I would recommend all of the team I can into contact with. Thank you to James and all of your team for the help and advice you gave us.

GoogleEven though we still haven’t managed to purchase our dream home (because we are ultra fussy!), Hannah Cleave from Hart is an absolute delight to deal with and hands down is the best estate agent I have come across. She has really taken the time to understand what we are after and why and has kept in touch with us on a regular basis (over the years!!!!), giving us confidence that she is still looking for us! I would have no hesitation in using Hannah to sell our house.

GoogleI’m a first time buyer making this process completely new to me. I was shown around the apartment by Justine who was very welcoming, friendly and informative. I was able to arrange a second viewing with Aryan the next day and again it was a really positive experience. I subsequently put an offer on the apartment which was accepted and the offer process was smooth and quick. I found Justine to be extremely attentive and accommodating throughout. Her and Aryan made me feel at ease at every step. I’m so pleased this experience has been positive and I can’t wait to move into my new home!

Justine and her team were polite, informative and very knowledgeable about the area. They were also always very accommodating when it came to extra viewings and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the property. GoogleOn the spur of the moment I decided to sell my Studio Flat in Clifton. Early the following morning Nigel Fudge from Haart's called and I signed an agreement which was binding for only 4 weeks. By teatime the same day they phoned to say they had received 4 offers for my flat and I accepted the highest bid!! How amazing is that?? Nigel is an enthusiastic personable branch Manager of Haarts and creates his own opportunities by sheer focus and determination. George is also a good member of the team with lots of cheery enthusiasm. Highly recommended.

GoogleOMG, I strongly recommend James Hughes, at Haart, Clifton Office, absolutely a charming genuine young man, no Sales pressure, he is very understanding with your needs! If you don't understand, he will go through it again. The photo's taken, well absolutely fantastic, very professional. It is very stressful with moving, he has a way of making you feel relaxed and not feel under pressure, James is with you through every step, and keep you updated at all times. I have moved several times over the years, and have never received such brilliant customer service as I have done with James. I feel in safe hand's, and have no worries with James selling my property. I have completely put my trust in him, he has listened to my instructions, and have abided by them. SO HAART IS THE WAY FORWARD, ask for James Hughes, for a stress free sale.

GoogleI'm a first time buyer but I'd had a really bad experience with a different attempt to buy a couple of years ago (through a different estate agent), so I was really anxious about the whole process. The guys at Haart have made the whole experience so chilled - they regularly call and update me with what's going on, anything that I need to do to help move things forward...I've felt so well supported, I really can't say enough lovely things about these guys! The mortgage advisor appointment with Jason (which I wish I had had the first time round! It made everything much clearer and gave me a really good idea of time frames) was great and it ensured I had everything together that I needed, and was financially verified to go ahead with an offer. The initial property viewing with Ben was great, he was really knowledgeable and called promptly afterwards to update me with everything I had asked about the property. I've had a lot of follow up with Nigel and George as the flat purchase has progressed and they've always been really friendly, professional, and supportive. They've talked me through the Housebuyer's Report and have helped make everything really clear. All their advice has been honest and pragmatic, and any queries I've had have been chased up really quickly, it's been so much better than I could have hoped for. Their service has taken so much of the stress out of buying a place, I'd definitely use them again in the future. I'd highly recommend Haart, especially for first time buyers - I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I ever decide to move!

GoogleI’m currently letting a property with Haart and couldn’t be more disappointed with the service. I made a formal complaint about the lack of communication and the response was late and incomplete despite my reminder. Also needed to make a second formal complaint in order to clarify whether the tenant had paid the rent as Haart kept insisting they had transferred money when they now admit they hadn’t. Every interaction is a disappointment. End of contract has been rounded off by a failure to return all the keys which wasn’t noticed by the property management team despite paying extra for inventory at the start and check out at the end.

GoogleAfter eventually meeting Alex at the Haarts Clifton office in person, service has greatly improved and they are much more responsive. The lower review is mainly a reflection on the solicitors that Haart recommend and obviously must have a contract with. The vendor used these and I would avoid them at all costs!! They have been extremely slow and unresponsive, took 4 months to send the management pack through and extremely difficult/near impossible to get hold of - even Haart have struggled. They were also double the price.
