Me and my husband could not have been any pleased with the service received from Haart Estate Agents. As a first time buyer I had such a positive experience that I will look to Haarts in the future to sell/sell. Tracey and George have been absolutely brilliant, very supportive, I turned to them many times for advise and they always gave me their time. The whole team are very professional. And finally their broker Jewanye was recommended he was so quick at getting things done, efficient, a lovely person who always put you at ease and a very strong communicator. I viewed quite a few properties with haart and unfortunately I missed out on one but I eventually found it with another agency. Haart are a very friendly and professional agency and i just wanted to mention one negotiator in particular. James Hughes was one of the best agents I came across, he was attentive constantly in touch and it felt like he really cared about finding me and my son our first home. Had a really good experience with Haart recently. Too many Estate Agents treat their clients like 'sales opportunities' and forget the human aspect to what is (for a first time buyer) a very daunting prospect! Haart, and James Hughes is particular was great. It was clear from the off that we were more than a commodity to him, as he took the time to really understand our situation and aspirations. He was thorough, sympathetic and genuinely interested in helping us. Further to this, he's a funny and genuine guy...not just another salesman! James also put us in touch with a Mortgage Broker who mirrored the level of professionalism and attention to detail he possesses. So all in all, I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Keep up the good work guys.

Haart have proven from the start to be fully committed to finding me a buyer, after several months with another agent they have secured a sale in 2 weeks! James Hughes has been extremely helpfull and has maintained an interest in my sale throughout and is a dedicated agent that is focused on closing the deal. I have to add the photographs to market my property were probably what have made the difference and assisted in making this sale happen, Haart understand the area and its strengths and weaknesses so are able to advise vendor and buyer which property will suit them hence making it a smooth process.

I came across Haart estate agents by chance actually, as I was looking to buy a flat, whilst simultaneously selling my house. I had my house on the market with another estate agent at the time. Well, from the start, Haart were professional and friendly. So much so, that I decided to place my house on the market with them to sell. James Hughes, came to value my property and went above and beyond to market and sell it. The entire team were magnificent but I was extremely impressed by the dedication and personal commitment that James displayed! Needless to say he found me a buyer for my house in less than a week on the books with Haart. Unfortunately, my personal circumstances changed and despite this, James was incredible in not only trying to find a solution but supporting me through the process. I have been using Haart's now for the past 5-6 years but late last year we were thinking of moving to another agent as we have a fair few rentals with them and the service seemed to be getting worse and difficult to manage. However, we eventually got to deal with a lady called Ida Matczak who changed our mind and restored the faith as she is totally on the ball, hands on and gets things done for us and most importantly communication is direct, she is always there and without her we probably would have moved on. I can't recommend her highly enough if you are looking for someone to deal with and manage your property.

Fantastic service across the board really. Some initial hiccups with getting the information correct on our listing (hence only 4 stars), but after that everything went very smooth. I found the staff honest and open, and despite receiving a lot of calls from me (being a control freak) they were always accommodating and helpful. The progression of the sale is what I was most impressed with. They only got involved at the appropriate times, and were very prompt in gathering information, answers to questions, relaying messages to our buyers etc. Compared to the agent I had to go through with our purchase on the other side of this sale where the manager overstepped and butted in any every opportunity and made it a nightmare, I found Haart in Southville, particularly Amie and Callum to be an absolute pleasure to work with.
