GoogleFirst time buying a house and the team at W H Brown (Shipley) were soo very good to me. They kept in contact with me through the duration and explained anything I didn't understand. GoogleThe worst estate agents ive ever come across. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. William H Brown is meant to be one of the proffesional and dedicated estate agents world wide but the Shipley branch has let them down. Will not be dealing with these guys ever again.

GoogleFelt pressured and cheated with the value of the house, William h browns do not work for the interest of the seller at all. Photos looked hurrendous. Would not recommend to use at all

GoogleI gave them two properties for sale/rent. They were unable to secure a buyer or tenant. After 3 months moved to another agent who rented both properties within a matter of weeks.
