GoogleAnother excellent experience with FastMove. Christian was in regular contact and tenacious as ever in making sure once the sale was agreed that there were no undue delays in the process. Our strategy had to change during the sales process, he understood my position and advised accordingly. I sold within a timeframe that met my needs to be able to buy another property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christian to anyone as he was recommended to me.

Christian was thoroughly professional throughout our moving process.He went far above what we expected, gaining information for us and giving us advice. Our moving process was made very difficult by our solicitors but Christian was the one calm point for the whole period. Cannot recommend highly enough. Again, as said before far better that our buyers or sellers agents.....and of course far cheaper!

Christian really went over and above to keep us informed, updated and on track for what became (or at least felt) an extremely complex situation. Fastmove liaised with all of the other estate agents and solicitors, giving us the information and confidence often in advance of the other agencies. Would highly recommend, having used a ‘high street name’ estate agent who did very little, felt distant and disconnected, to an online one that felt he was more local, more motivated and more in touch with the customer needs and wants! Keep it up!

GoogleI cannot recommend Christian highly enough. He kept me up to date on everything as it happened. He seems to work 24/7 and would be on hand in the evenings if needed to talk and give advice. My sale was delayed by solicitors not working together. Christian was relentless and hounded them daily to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. I would recommend any buyer or seller to use a solicitor that Christian recommends as they work with him to make your sale go through quickly and painlessly. Had I used a high street agent my house would have cost 5 to 10 thousand pounds to sell. With Rightmove it cost less than a thousand pounds. Incredible value for a very honest and extremely efficient service.

Everything written about Christian is true His honesty, work ethic and commitment is second to none, the man is a phenomenon! He liases with Solicitors and pushes to ensure the selling of your house is as painless as possible. He always returns your calls and emails, and as other people have stated, nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn't choose anyone else and always recommend to family & friends. Christian was extremely honest, genuine, enthusiastic and very professional in our first meeting. I really bought into his straight talking and he backed up what he said he was going to do. He organised viewings straight away and sold the property very quickly. We had a setback due to probate so he had to sell the property yet again and offered even more guidance and assurances as the stressful process of probate continued. So impressed with his service and also his direct liaisons with solicitors. He did everything. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleChristian was great throughout our house move. He kept us informed and re-assured throughout the entire process. He was very easy to work with and very honest. We saved over £3k in fees by using Fastmove compared to the 'traditional' estate agents making them the most economical agent around. We would certainly recommend Christian and Fastmove to anyone thinking of moving house.

Christian is one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. Made offer within an hour of viewing the property and it got accepted and sales memo was sent across within 2 hours of the viewing. He’s kept us informed and worked very hard which I appreciate and we look forward to work with you again.

His professionalism, work ethic , honesty and commitment to you is beyond belief, he genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for each and everyone of his Clients. He is there to support and advise you all the way through the process. He liases with the Solicitors and updates you on progress on a regular basis ( without you having to ask}.
