The house we bought was represented by Christian at FastMove estate agents and I cannot praise Christian highly enough; he was friendly and approachable throughout the whole process from the initial viewing right up until we had the keys, always there to answer a question, no matter how big or small, liaising between all parties with efficiency and professionalism. Without a doubt the best estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with; I would highly recommend FastMove and will no doubt seek out their services if we require them in the (hopefully distant) future.

While there were issues with my move, Christian was always great at helping to resolve what he could and none of those issues sit with him. If I were to move again, I'd definitely considered using Fast Move and not just buying through them.

Above and beyond. Christian really puts in the work. Right from the first day when he came to take photos of the property, he was moving my heavy boxes out of the way himself to get the best photos. Throughout the process he was available constantly for all my silly questions and talked me through things patiently. House moves are stressful, but he was always there with a solution. He’s more than just an estate agent, he’s emotional support as well. He checked up on me, as well as my sale and for that I am so grateful. All of this at a fraction of what other estate agents charge and available 7 days a week, early until late, because that’s when most people want to get in touch. I don’t know any other company that offers this level of service. I most definitely highly recommend him and his company.

I really don’t know where to start. Everyone says moving, buying and selling a house is the one of the most stressful things you can do and my good they’re so right. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong, from bottom of the chain pulling out a week before completion to having to put the house back on the market. Christian was amazing throughout the whole experience he did everything in his power to make it happen and he delivered in lumps. When ever I had a question or a query he would reply straight back putting my mind at ease. I would use 100% use over anyone else. I’d like to personally thank him in my review for all his efforts. If you are thinking of moving? Look no further than FastMove! We have used many local estate agents over the last few years for our house sales. None have matched the service and attention to detail that the team at FastMove have the whole effort by the team ( we have had phone calls at 8 o’clock at night!) They make everything seem simple and smooth! Christian was always a point of call with strong sound advice I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Five Stars is not enough The whole team have been fantastic from the initial point of contact they were amazing.

Christian is absolutely incredible, from start to finish. He sold both mine and my partners house and made us both feel as though we were his only clients. He was patient, positive, realistic and dedicated hours and hours of time to ensure we were informed and updated throughout, whether that was evenings, weekends or bank holidays. His people and communication skills are faultless and I will not hesitate to ever use him in the future or recommend him to others. We won’t ever use another estate agent other than fast move with Christian. Thank you again, for everything!

Christian Armitage from FastMove was fantastic throughout the sale of my property. My initial house sale fell through (no fault of FastMove) and Christian was instrumental in quickly finding another buyer which subsequently completed in a very short timescale.He was always available and constantly chasing information from solicitors and always kept me up to date with any developments/outstanding issues still to be resolved. I'm convinced that without this support my sale would not have concluded as early as it did.I would highly recommend FastMove and Christian to anyone wanting to sell their property.

GoogleCould not fault FastMove if I tried, from start to finish they were outstanding. Christian was extremely helpful, polite and he constantly kept us up to date with everything that was occurring which helped ease any nerves we had. The whole team who we dealt with from photographers to the people who showed our home on our behalf were very professional. They are a cheap company but you definitely get more than you pay and ask for. I was someone who wanted to sell up quickly due to reserving a new property, Christian advised on average in a fast sale can still take upto 10 weeks but from the day the house was on the market Including viewings and the sale I believe it only took 7 weeks to complete so we could not have been happier. We will definitely recommend the company to others in the future and if we ever want to sell another property again we will be using FastMove.

My daughter put an offer in for a house, Christian answered all our questions quickly and kept us in the loop at all times. Amazing service.I cannot recommend Christian highly enough. He kept me up to date on everything as it happened. He seems to work 24/7 and would be on hand in the evenings if needed to talk and give advice. My sale was delayed by solicitors not working together. Christian was relentless and hounded them daily to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. I would recommend any buyer or seller to use a solicitor that Christian recommends as they work with him to make your sale go through quickly and painlessly. Had I used a high street agent my house would have cost 5 to 10 thousand pounds to sell. With Rightmove it cost less than a thousand pounds. Incredible value for a very honest and extremely efficient service.

How many other Estate Agents do you know who are open 8am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday?Well, FastMove are one of them. Whatever time of day whatever day of the week I was able to speak to someone. This was so so important as generally from 8am - 6pm I am not contactable so having the reassurance of having access to my estate agent late at night was so helpful. Better still they weren't just able to update me on the sale of my property they were also able to update me on the progress both my solicitors were making and also my mortgage broker.The way their company works really took away so much stress I thought I was going to experience.5 Stars all the way.

They were there from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm 5 days a week, even on a weekend if we had a query or a problem. They were helpful, courteous, polite and kind.They were very knowledgeable, in their job, patient, had time for us. On their first visit when they came to give us a valuation, they were there for 2 hours, explaining ever thing they would do to sell our house, were realistic in the price they advised us to put our house on the market for, they went above and beyond, they did got more involved than they needed to and we are very grateful for all their help.

We bought a house for which Fastmove were the estate agents. Christian was superb the whole way through the process. Friendly, efficient and always on the ball in terms of communication. He was always on hand to take phone calls and helped keep things moving with solicitors on both sides of the sale throughout. I can't praise him enough!
