Christian was reassuring and helpful all during the process .The property was empty and I have moved 40 miles away .This was not an issue .We had a few bumps in the road (due to buyers )however at all times Christian kept communicating with us and the buyers solicitors.We felt confident we would get there even during the current climate and we did Thank you Christian .

I chose Fast Move because I wanted a quick sale due to emigrating. It turned out to be the right choice. Christian is spot on and appears to be at the top of his game, his knowledge and advice was invaluable. I was at first concerned due to Fast move being up North and me being down South, but this wasn’t a problem at all. Christian was always available on the end of the phone and on the rare occasion that he wasn’t, he always called me back promptly. Anything I needed or asked? was never too much trouble.Christian really looks after his clients and makes sure that you get the best possible service

Fantastic first class experience *****Contacted Christian in march 2021 with a view to selling our family home. Christian explained everything in detail and reassured us that a 24/7 service would be available if needed and all our questions were answered promptly and professionally. The viewings were arranged and coordinated to perfection and feedback was provided immediately after by Christian in an honest/constructive manner. Would highly recommend Fast Move. We used them to sell our property. After having an initial chat with Christian who was very informative we agreed on a sale price and within a few days the photos and inspection were complete and the house was on the market! Within the first day of marketing we had a viewing and an offer of full asking price! After accepting the offer Fast Move dealt with the sale from start to finish and kept us fully updated with progress reports and responded to any queries quickly and satisfactory. We were so impressed with the services that we now have other family members using Fast Move and we would highly recommend anyone looking to sell to give Fast Move a call. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I made a decision to move, settled on the price we wanted for the house and contacted Christian. Within days we started to get calls from him with prospective buyers, all meeting our price. We settled on an offer and had effectively sold our house within the week. Christian was right there all the way up to completion. I have never known such a personal level of service as offered by his organisation and felt I was dealing with a friend more than a business person. I personally cannot thank him enough for his help and encouragement and do not hesitate to commend him and his method of selling, to all those wishing to move home.

Where do I start? Christian from fast move is brilliant. Throughout the entire process he fully kept me informed, involved and made it very easy. Christian sold my house quickly, conducted all the viewings and even assisted in advice that wasn't his dedicated business. Towards the end of the sale the solicitor I chose was quick but lacked information and Christian was straight on the phone on my behalf to chase, speed up and explain the process. I couldn't genuinely recommend anyone more than Fastmove and the best bit? The price! Thankyou very much. Expect much more business from my way.

GoogleOn Friday we moved into our new house and none of us have stopped smiling since! What could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier because of all the work carried out by Christian and the team at Fastmove. From negotiating the contract, organising exchange and completion dates to picking up the keys...Christian was always there. This wasnt our first move....and who knows if it will be the last....but one thing we do know.....we wont be using anyone else in the future. GoogleAny house buying and selling et cetera always difficult these times especially; however with Christion and Fast Move it was a whole different experience. I know that because so well as my daughter sold just before me as we hadn’t discovered Fast Move then. She so wishes she had. What struck me is that down to earth honesty and support. I could phone up for reassurance at any time and I Felt heard -even Sunday morning 😀. And when it comes to costs my daughter spent four times as much but didn’t even get half the service I had. If you want a personal message I will tell Fast move to pass on my number if anybody requests it. Good luck in your house hunting or selling , You are in great hands if you choose Fast Move - great service and very sensitive to the needs of the customer- With the knowledge and skills to back it up and a fab price.
