We recently completed our move and are so grateful for Christian’s dedicated support throughout the process. House moves are rarely simple, and our sale had its share of back-and-forth negotiations, particularly when it came to finalizing the completion date. Christian was a steadying presence throughout, remaining incredibly responsive across calls, texts, and emails, and working tirelessly to keep everything moving in the right direction. He was always reachable, though adopting WhatsApp more routinely as a core channel could make quick, real-time updates even smoother for future clients. Overall, his accessibility, proactive approach, and calm professionalism made a huge difference to our experience, and we would thoroughly recommend him.

Christian has been brilliant throughout our sales process. He has gone above and beyond what we expected of an estate agent - acting on behalf of ourselves and the buyer who was selling privately. Thanks to him, our move has been so much less stressful than anticipated. We couldn’t recommend his service enough. As well as being an excellent communicator between ourselves, buyers and solicitors, the cost of him against a high street agent is not comparable - we have saved over £5000 which can go towards our onwards purchase. Sold our home through Fast Move and Christian Armitage was excellent throughout. Flat fee well below the usual 1% commission, and availability was better than most agents, seven days a week, late into the evening. Our sale had some complications, but Christian handled everything diligently and was always quick to respond, whether on the phone or calling back promptly. Really appreciated having someone that reliable in a tricky situation. Would use again and recommend strongly!

Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service, support and communication. We'd had our house on the market with another company who were next to useless. Poor communication and they didn't actively try and sell our house. They literally just sat there waiting for a buyer to contact them. We terminated the contract after 3 months and went with Christian at Fastmove on recommendations. There service was just so superior than our previous agent who I have to say were four times more expensive!!!! I never do reviews but the service we (my wife and I) recieved from Fastmove was so impressive I/we felt compelled to write something because Christian and his team at Fastmove outworked our previous estate agent in every department and were available for prospective buyers to make contact outside office hours. I wouldn't use any other estate agent. 5 stars is not enough. Oh and within 1 week Fastmove sold our house at the exact same price as we'd marketed the property with the previous agent. Just wanted to write a few words of heartfelt thanks to Christian Armitage and the team at Fastmove. My chain was long (8 parties) and complex and he went above and beyond to get me through the process. Extremely good value but zero comprise on quality of service, it was exceptional. He works all hours of the day unlike the majority of agents and his communication skills were excellent, again, far from standard in the industry. The right move.

Christian was friendly, open about the process, offered great value with a fixed cost, variable only by additional services. ie: signage, professional photography. When our conveyance ran into trouble, the collapse of the conveyancing firm, Christian alerted us early and helped with the move to a solicitor within his experience, which proved to be a 10/10 decision and outcome. The measure, for me is, how good are you when it’s not going well? Christian was very good.

Polite person however doesn’t offer what is standard to most estate agents

Polite individual. However, does not offer an agent to come around with you. You have to conduct the viewing. As a female I did not feel comfortable doing this with random strangers and as a consequence it meant people couldn’t come round. It makes the ‘service’ very limiting. Fine if you are happy to show everyone around but FastMove do not offer what normal estate agents offer.

Absolutely outstanding service!

I wish we had met Christian before we appointed our estate agent, as he really is outstanding and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property! He is firstly a very genuine and conscientious individual, and he cares wholeheartedly about his clients and their buyers. Something which i feel is rare in this industry!! It really was a pleasure to speak with him. Christian was, and is, very proactive and communicated to us regularly throughout the process, something we were hugely grateful for (especially in light of our own estate agent who was absolutely not engaging). Christian always kept his finger on the pulse to ensure the process was moving. He was always very helpful, sometimes emailing / calling us back late into the evening, or early in the morning, answering any questions we had. He was empathetic and very understanding and went out of his way to get further updates when required. He was always very calm and reassuring and definitely made us feel at ease. Christian is the upmost professional, but is also very personable. His knowledge in this industry and his ability to build relationships quickly set him apart, and he must be well considered as he just has the ability to ‘gets things done’ where others seem to drag their heels or simply fail! A truly outstanding service from start to finish and we would like to thank him immensely for everything he did for us. We cannot recommend FastMove highly enough!

FastMove sold our House in 1 day.

We placed our home on the market with FastMove and we accepted an offer on it the next day. It's now sold. We saved over £2000 in Estate Agents' fees by using FastMove as apposed to any of our local High Street Agents. FastMove were available for us to contact 7 days a week including evenings. Most Estate Agents are not available to this extent, and this was important to us because things come up at weekends or in the evenings sometimes.
