100 out of 10 doesn't even come close to the rating Christian and his team deserve for the service he provides.From the outset Christian has guided and driven the sale right through to completion going above and beyond what you would normally expect.His focus on customer satisfaction is to achieve nothing less than 100% (99% just won't do in Christians eyes) and he has certainly achieved that.What should have been a simple sale turned into a bit of a minefield through other outside influences but Christian never took his eyes off the ball and drove this to completion accepting no excuses for poor customer service from other outside agencies involved in completion of the sale.He has no desire to be the biggest but he certainly wants to be the best and without doubt commerce and industry could learn a lot from the standard Christian sets and achieves.If you are considering appointing an agent for your property or choosing who to trust with help purchasing one I challenge you to find anyone better - you simply won't.Next time I dip my toe in the property market it won't be without the guidance of Christian and Fastmove

Fastmove are brilliant!!

I first contacted Christian from fastmove asking if he could help me with my house sale as I had found a buyer myself without using an estate agent, but things were going very slowly, I was afraid of losing my onward purchase and getting no communication from solicitors..Within a day of Christian becoming involved he had gotten answers from everyone and we found out my buyer hadn't even gotten his mortgage application submitted!! So I went back on the market with Christian, had 20 viewings in one week and recieved a cash offer of over my asking price within 5 days!! We completed last week and I am in my dream home now.. every single worry had been taken away with Christians calming manner throughout, every glitch he has sorted quickly and effectively. I have simply texted him with any problem or worry and he has resolved it instantly.. He has communicated well with solicitors, estate agents and buyer up and down the chain. My conveyancing solicitor was also very impressed with him. I would recommend Christian to anyone looking to sell, his professional and kind manner have saved me from so much stress and anguish. I had an awful experiance with an estate agent previously and Christian has proved to be a whole new level of estate agent, honest, approachable and always there when I needed him! From start to finish, Christian was honest, reliable and managed expectations far better than expected of an estate agent. Just at the valuation, you could instantly tell he is an expert in his field. A matter of hours after the property went live, Christian was straight on the phone booking viewings, then dealing with offers no matter what time or day it was. Once the property was sold and in the hands of the solicitors, he was still involved and able to answer or deal with any queries we had, rather than just leaving it in the hands of someone else. Being able to speak with Christian at any point during the week made a huge difference, and the whole process was much less stressful than I had anticipated. Christian treats every property as if it is his own and does everything he can to see it through. We now have our forever home and I am grateful to Christian & Fastmove for everything they did to get us here.

Fastmove does exactly what it says on the tin!Christian provided a fair and accurate valuation.Within a couple of days a COVID compliant photographer had taken photographs, the same evening our house was advertised on Rightmove.A sale was agreed within 2 weeks and the recommended Solicitor was instructed. From valuation to moving into our new home in under 3 months, bearing in mind a global pandemic and a Stamp Duty Holiday causing major mortgage and surveyor backlogs. We also had Building Control complications which Christian was very knowledgeable about and offered sound advice (at all times of day) throughout. If you want a straight talking, no nonsense Estate Agent with excellent powers of communication, use Fastmove. Christian was fantastic from the start

Christian was fantastic from the start. We contacted after 5pm to arrange a viewing expecting to be contacted the next day, within 10 minutes we had a message with time slots and confirmation of who we would be meeting.Low & behold, it was the one for us - We contacted Christian who put everything forward for us and not even within 24 hours we had been contacted again to get things moving.Within the whole sale we were updated regularly, it was great to have that bit of assurance. Whether we had a question, we could contact at any time of the day and was always spoken to with politeness and honesty. I know if we were to put our new home up for sale, we wouldn’t go elsewhere than with FastMove as the customer service has been fantastic and we can’t thank Christian enough for his assistance.

Brilliant service - highly recommended!!

From the very start of engaging with Christian when we were looking to put our property on the market, we were highly impressed with how engaging and honest Christian was in terms of valuing our property and discussing how we could optimise our marketing opportunities. Once the property was marketed we received a number of viewings which led to an offer being made on our property, with the support of Christian we were able to negotiate a price that was acceptable for both us and the proposed buyer. As we were due to complete; the onset of COVID began and we went into lockdown hence our proposed move was postponed and due to additional circumstances the move eventually fell through. Despite this, Christian was always available to discuss options, chase our buyers and their solicitor and offer his invaluable advice. We subsequently put the property back on the market and within a week had accepted a new offer. Christian was again very supportive in terms of supporting us throughout the whole process and chasing solicitors and brokers on our behalf. I could not recommend Christian highly enough. He always goes the extra mile, is always available to answer queries or provide advice and is very affordable when compared to other estate agents. A big thank you from us.

Couldn't recommend using Fast Move to sell your home enough! Christian is an absolute pleasure to work with and he really does go above and beyond to support you in the sale of your home. We had a complicated chain with many issues arising throughout the sale process but Christian constantly checked in and chased down every issue immediately to support us with a swift sale. He is also extremely knowledgeable of this field and could spot many obvious red flags that we couldn't. If you want a thorough but quick sale with peace of mind then Christian and Fast Move are definitely the company for you. I would use this service again in a heart beat.

Move Fast with FastMove!

Me and my husband were first time sellers and buyers. We didn’t have a clue where to start! A quick phone call to Christian at FastMove was made. He came and paid us a visit. Cannot thank Christian Armitage enough. Fantastic customer service, on the ball at all times, goes out of his way to help with any enquiry and makes the process as smooth as possible. He was reliable, kept in touch regularly and was so helpful. He did all of this for us and he wasn’t even our estate agent! He was our vendors estate agent but supported us more than our own agent with Purple Bricks, a company I would definitely avoid. Great service from start to finish

From our initial enquiry through to the eventual completion of the sale, Christian has been super efficient and responsive every step of the way.We were delighted to secure a quick sale earlier this year, within a couple of weeks of our house going on sale. Although the process ended up taking much longer than expected due to the lockdown; a nervous buyer; and the buyer’s unresponsive solicitor - but Christian kept pushing to ensure that things were moving and that we were kept updated at every step.There are few estate agents that would happily chase up a buyer in the evening, but without that, we would likely be waiting for a considerable time longer for our sale to complete!Would 100% recommend Fastmove to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Sale of 5 bedroom house in Shelf, Halifax

When coming to sell my property, I initially contacted 3 companies; 1 traditional High St and 2 online. I chose Fastmove as my gut instinct when speaking with Christian was that he understood my needs and didn't over-egg things as many estate agents seem to have a habit of doing!After quite a few early viewings, I was hopeful of a quick sale. I did actually have an acceptable offer within the first few months. These turned out to be timewasters who then retracted their offer a week later. The whole process then turned out to be quite stressful! Like the majority of owners selling their property, we we're looking for a quick sale. The problem we had was that my house had an unconventional layout. Nice big house in a nice area and at a good price. It didn't suit many buyers though.Throughout the process, Christian always kept in touch even when there was no new interest. On quite a few occasions, I did have approaches from other agents saying they were confident they could sell my property. I never bothered to take up any of these offers as I believed Christian really could not do any more than he was to get a sale. It was just a difficult house to sell.We eventually got there in the end and achieved a price I was happy with. Then the fun began! Property was sold just before lockdown so everything went on hold. When restrictions were lifted, we then came under quite a lot of pressure to move. During this time, I had many discussions with Christian. He was always very quick to respond to any calls and requests. He was also very forthright in his views and didn't try to sugar coat anything and would just give a honest opinion whether good or bad. Straight-talking just as I prefer!I couldn't recommend Christian high enough and would have no trouble in instructing Christian and Fastmove the next time I come to sell a property. To be honest Fast Move is fast!

Well what can I say. Speechless and that is rare for me.It’s a bit complicated how I appointed Fast Move but all I can say I have never regretted it for a Nano second. I spoke with Christian at a low point in my life regarding estate agents. I had had so much hassle with others, promises made and not fulfilled And comments that were what they think you want to hear not what is fact. Descriptions That are misleading.After my first call I put the phone down I found myself wondering how long it would be to the first broken promise, this is what I had become accustomed to. We completed today and I can honestly say that nothing Christian has said has ever been wrong. This man is amazing. Fast moves promises are what you Actually get without any swaying away from the initial promises. On top of this their fee is fair , not extortionate like some agents, in fact one of the cheapest. I dealt with Christian who is an estate agent with integrity, rare in these times.Everything he promised he would do was done on time and with extras. He is never closed , he even negotiated my sale while he was away on holiday. I have even had emails at 10 at night. Also his knowledge of the industry is second to none. Have a problem he has a solution. As I said previously my situation was unusual but he never faulted, even when I did. He had a handle on every aspect of my sale. He never wobbled unlike me. He pre-empted some situations Solving problems as they arose always on the same day. I think When selling a property you need your agent to be honest, no flannel and get the job done as fast as it is possible. This Fast Move and Christian and his team accomplished . On top of all this they are nice to talk to, nice people, never did I feel like I was being stupid or pestering although I am sure I was at some points.All in all I have tried to find a fault to list As I think it Would be a balance but I just can’t, well other than he never turns off always there for you.To finally emphasise the trust I have in this company and Christian they also have my home on their books.Thank you so much For taking the time to read this, have no doubt these are the very best you will find. Best possible practice during trying times

During an exceedingly difficult process where an inefficient family trust lost documents, then sent the wrong ones to the wrong people, my residence being 50+ miles from the house, which was selling, lockdown and the final close down of the land registry caused by the lockdown, not to mention several attendant irritations, Christian was magnificent. He went over and above the best practice and carried on when I was struggling myself, and encouraged me to keep going. I would highly recommend FastMove. You get exactly the same service as a high street estate agent (actually better in my opinion) but for a fixed fee of £600, and that’s only if they sell your property.
