NO FAULTS.. EXCELLENT..

Could not fault FastMove if I tried, from start to finish they were outstanding. Christian was extremely helpful, polite and he constantly kept us up to date with everything that was occurring which helped ease any nerves we had. The whole team who we dealt with from photographers to the people who showed our home on our behalf were very professional. They are a cheap company but you definitely get more than you pay and ask for. I was someone who wanted to sell up quickly due to reserving a new property, Christian advised on average in a fast sale can still take upto 10 weeks but from the day the house was on the market Including viewings and the sale I believe it only took 7 weeks to complete so we could not have been happier. We will definitely recommend the company to others in the future and if we ever want to sell another property again we will be using FastMove.

Outstanding service from start to…

Outstanding service from start to finish. Fantastic personal service, we struck up a great relationship and this helped us navigate the turbulent path to selling our house. The key for me was that Christian was really accessible, always had time to talk to me when I was concerned or frustrated at the progress being made. Christian went above and beyond to not only help us sell our house but to make sure we were OK throughout the process which the same can't be said for a number of other estate agents in my opinion. For me if you are looking to sell/buy a property fast move is the only place I would look. Solicitors linked to fast move are superb too which again helps make the process a bit smoother. I can't thank Christian and Fast move enough in enabling us to sell our house and buy the property of our dreams! Thank you

Well what can I say. Speechless and that is rare for me. It’s a bit complicated how I appointed Fast Move but all I can say I have never regretted it for a Nano second. Never once have i thought I had made a mistake in appointing them. I spoke with Christian at a low point in my life regarding estate agents. I had had so much hassle with others, promises made and not fulfilled And comments that were what they think you want to hear not what is fact. Descriptions that are misleading. All stuff you hate as a buyer I did not want to do as a seller. After my first call I put the phone down I found myself wondering how long it would be to the first broken promise, this is what I had become accustomed to. We completed today and I can honestly say that nothing Christian has said has ever been wrong. This man is amazing. Fast moves promises are what you actually get without any swaying away from the initial promises. On top of this their fee is fair , not extortionate like some agents, in fact one of the cheapest. I dealt with Christian who is an estate agent with integrity, rare in these times. Extremely professional. Everything he promised he would do was done on time and with extras. He is never closed , he even negotiated my sale while he was away on holiday. I have even had emails at 10 at night. Also his knowledge of the industry is second to none. Have a problem he has a solution. As I said previously my situation was unusual but he never faulted, even when I did. He had a handle on every aspect of my sale. He never wobbled unlike me. He pre-empted some situations Solving problems as they arose always on the same day. I think When selling a property you need your agent to be honest, no flannel and get the job done as fast as it is possible. This Fast Move and Christian and his team accomplished . On top of all this they are nice to talk to, nice people, never did I feel like I was being stupid or pestering although I am sure I was at some points. All in all I have tried to find a fault to list As I think it Would be a balance but I just can’t, well other than he never turns off always there for you. To finally emphasise the trust I have in this company and Christian they also have my home on their books. Thank you so much For taking the time to read this, have no doubt these are the very best you will find. My advice is don’t think twice about using them you will not be disappointed.

Christian was great from the start. No sales pressure when he came to value the house in Preston. Sent a professional to take the photos and arranged our EPC and then we were on rightmove the next day. Great communication throughout. We used the solicitor he recommended too - Wilkinson Woodward - who were also brilliant - very efficient. I recommended fastmove to everyone because of the smooth process we had. If we move again I wouldn't use anyone else. Other parties in our chain used highstreet estate agents who just didn't compare with their level of service. 10/10 on value (The price is plus VAT).

This is the second house sale I have…the best of the best

This is the second house sale I have done with fast move and Christian and once again perfection.Tough time selling this until Christian at Fast Move took it on. I was ready for staying put and giving up on a dream. Just chatting to him was easy, he explained how he worked and gave the usual reassurances. I pondered, then thought , give it one last go. He was straight onto it.Things happened fast from the start. What Christian says is what you get. Straight honest speaking. I was live on Rightmove the same day as photos were taken.Christian is always available, and, if he’s on the phone he calls back straight away. His hours are long 7 days a week from early in the morning to late at night. Even if he’s on a day off. . Viewing appts were made and the day before he confirmed, then the day after I got feedback. Like clockwork.Once sold he did not just sit back and wait. He kept in touch with all parties ,suppressing my anxieties on anything even if it was not his remit. He kept on top of the process and pushed it forward when it stalled despite it being another’s role. He does not let your sale sit in someone’s inbox. I can’t thank this man enough. Even on my Completion day he was on the phone checking all was going well and when it completed he was back on the phone saying congratulations. I feel reviews should show positive and negatives but I truly can not find any negatives. Thinking about using fast move? Don’t think just do it, you will not be disappointed and on top of all the above his fees are amazingly good.Thank you Christian for all you did, I am truly very thankful. I will always refer friends to him and that’s says it all. He is the very best of the best.

100 out of 10 doesn't even come close to the rating Christian and his team deserve for the service he provides.From the outset Christian has guided and driven the sale right through to completion going above and beyond what you would normally expect.His focus on customer satisfaction is to achieve nothing less than 100% (99% just won't do in Christians eyes) and he has certainly achieved that.What should have been a simple sale turned into a bit of a minefield through other outside influences but Christian never took his eyes off the ball and drove this to completion accepting no excuses for poor customer service from other outside agencies involved in completion of the sale.He has no desire to be the biggest but he certainly wants to be the best and without doubt commerce and industry could learn a lot from the standard Christian sets and achieves.If you are considering appointing an agent for your property or choosing who to trust with help purchasing one I challenge you to find anyone better - you simply won't.Next time I dip my toe in the property market it won't be without the guidance of Christian and Fastmove
