FacebookBy far, the worst experience I’ve had with any service. And I have dealt with a lot of solicitors. They are rude, abrasive and so unhelpful to the point that they would rather be awkward than help you. When asking why we needed to provide some sensitive information, the response was shocking, including and I quote “clearly this matter is going to be more hassle than it is worth”. They refused to represent us, because we wanted to know why they required this particular information.

HARPER MACLEOD are the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. I've been using lawyers 30 years. One of the senior partners is so self interested and he lost papers. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

FacebookTerrible experience from Victoria Robinson at the Glasgow office. Such lack of communication. She ignores emails and voicemails, never answers the phone. She keeps you waiting in limbo for long periods of time. I will certainly be using a different firm in future.
