My experience with Harper Macleod especially Olivia Denheen was nothing short of outstanding. Having had no success with a previous company i was stressed and unsure of any success at all but she looked into my case and spotted immediately the potential case of negligence. She handled my case with utmost professionalism considering the complexity of it at times. Her positive approach throughout and gentle reassuring when at times i was a bit deflated after the trauma I had gone through made me upbeat and confident of a favourable outcome. I recently used Harper MacLeod for a Conveyancing Sale matter. Will Davidson was the fee earner dealing with the process and he was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Will concluded the sale quickly and efficiently and I was treated in a very professional, kind and courteous manner. I would give 10 stars if i could, cant recommend specifically Elizabeth and Tsara enough. Ive been working with Elizabeth for a few years now and have had the chance to work with Tsara through my partners visa journey. It seemed like mission impossible to get this specific visa for him to move from one country to the uk and Elizabeth has made every single step so clear and seamless, we have had 3 applications now processed with elizabeth. Any hurdle that we faced she found a way round it and laid everything out for me in black and white it was perfect. Tsara has processed our most recent application and again if we had to do this ourselves, we would have been lost but she has made the process so stress free and i couldnt recommend them enough.
