I have nothing but great things to say about Harper MacLeod, and in particular Richard Steell. I was involved in a Road Traffic Collision that was not my fault and was pursuing compensation as a result. Richard explained the legal process thoroughly, provided regular updates and kept a very effective and open line of communication throughout. Richard also secured a settlement figure which was over and above anything I ever expected. I cannot recommend their services enough.

Christina Wason was my lawyer for a claim that's been ongoing since 2019. It's been tough with post accident physio, therapy and more. Since Christina took over my claim, I felt she really 'got' it, given the nature of my freelance employment made the context of the claim a little more complex to understand. I always felt in safe hands and she's managed to secure a settlement that I wouldn't have dreamed of when we first started this back in 2019. She's been communicative and I've always felt in safe hands. Couldn't recommend her high enough.

I was unfortunately involved an an accident where the third party was to blame. Ruairidh from the first response team was extremely helpful and informative. My case was then passed to Sean McCarney (senior solicitor). My case was tricky due to the lack of response from the third party. However, Sean ensured to chase on a regular basis and provided his recommendation of when to settle. Once Harper Macleod received the funds it was sent to me almost instantly. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring and I don’t know where I would’ve been without him! Thanks again.

And I cannot thank my solicitor Christina Wason enough for all her hard work on my case and for the support over these past few years. Christina was friendly, professional and approachable. After being hit by an uninsured driver Joe at Harper Macleod was given my claim to deal with. He was very sympathetic towards my situation and did everything in his power to claim as much as possible from the MIB. He kept me updated by email and eventually we came to an agreement with the MIB
