GoogleTotal crooks.
When buying our house through them, they withheld critical information from us about right of access to our driveway. Only after completion did we find out that the vendors and GTH deliberately stopped a land owner contacting us to warn us of his right of access to our driveway. They also told us not to contact said land owner, to ensure that we didn’t find out.
Therefore, they let us spend all of our money on a house that was totally misrepresented to us.
I have never written a google review before but I’ve been compelled to do so in this case as I have never been so outraged at a company’s lack of ethics. Do not use this company if you any sort of moral compass.

The property has a right of way over private land, which was highlighted within our property particulars. If there were cause for concern, your solicitor would have reviewed the title, searches and contract papers, raising necessary enquiries and undertaking due diligence. We were on hand at every step of this process, in constant communication to assist with the transaction.

GTH are in charge for the maintenance of the flats where I live.The maintenance costs amount to over £100+ per month, when multiplied by the number of flats comes near a figure of £10,000per month that they are taking from people living there.For over 2 years, I have had over 8 holes in the felt in my attic. Water has been coming through the living room light fitting and so they sent someone to do a quick botch job to fix the problem.This has been a constant issue as the felt is over 35 years old and at last count there were 5 flats with this problem. Unless the tenant has water streaming into the flat, then they really don't want to know.As none of the flats have had tiles stripped of and the job done properly, then I think that the job is just being cheaply botched every time.These are our homes that you are wrecking.
