Moving house is very stressful, GTH made it less so by being available with advice. High praise must go to Chloe, she helped me throughout the process, especially when I was experiencing difficulties with my unresponsive Solictor. Sweet touch from GTH....on completion day when I picked up the keys they gave me a GTH bag of goodies..... unexpectedly delightful! The worst experience ever! We had the agent come to value our property and was told he would do the viewings and would advise better photos to help sell the property which we agreed to. The first viewing was done by a totally unprofessional person.. her first words to the client were, I was wondering where the parking was? Who says that to someone you are supposedly trying to sell the house to. She then said well I’ve not been here before. The office is just 5 minutes from the property surely you would get there 5 minutes earlier and see what you are trying to sell and have the facts that it’s a town house and doesn’t have parking but you can get residential permits. I wish I had left then as things didn’t get better. No one answers the phone, I had to do a viewing myself as they didn’t have enough staff which meant driving two hours there and back as we don’t live there. Then the person who said would do the viewings left the company! Obviously knew he wouldn’t be able to do the viewings as we were told. We have now instructed a professional company and left GTH but now being hounded to pay for photos we were told to get despite the extremely poor service giving us no option but to leave. Definitely would not recommend the Taunton office.

I would give 0 stars if I could, Absolutely abysmal maintenance company, Came home after doing a 12hr night shift to find a drainage company digging a hole to put in a drainage tank. Not a letter, email or phone call to inform us this was happening. yet they expect you to do everything they ask for. If your landlord goes over to them then just move out, it would be the easier option.

GoogleWe've received great service from Richard & his team. Communication has been excellent throughout in this "Covid befuddled" year. Our original sale fell through after lockdown 1 and our second sale has taken 14 weeks due to pressures on conveyancers & surveyors. GTH have remained positive & pro-active throughout. The bad experience I my have renting for them ..I stay for over 6weeks to fix the shower wich wass broken in my first moving there, since now and they don't care about ..I call maintenance them make me redirected for bridgwater management, and management say me to wait to call me back maintenance because is not their business to repair the shower ...bridgwater Gth agency..

GoogleI found the staff at GTH, Sherborne to be reliable, efficient, flexible, friendly, supportive and very professional at all times. This exceptionally well managed branch offers all I wanted from an estate agent without annoying 'added extras' I didn't want. This well-established branch is not 'pushy' and competitive with other estate agents in the area, and for that reason I found all the staff a pleasure to do business with.

Received an offer on property on first day of marketing.! Also they contacted existing clients in the first instance before open marketing. Lets see if we get a good completion of the sale.

I was only expecting the minimum level of service as a buyer but was woefully optimistic there. "Spoke to the vendor" meant an email had been sent every couple of weeks asking vaguely for an update. Details of sale had not been verified with land registry, could have just asked vendor for a copy. So it took 7 months, a lot of personal effort and £4k of costs on my part before owners announced the property wasn't actually for sale. GTH explanation was that estate agent details should in no way be considered as fact.
