A great estate agent.

Have been dealing with Josh at the Langport branch and have nothing but praise for the way he is handling our sale. Along with the communication from the other members of staff. We had an offer on our house within two weeks of going live. Also when we purchased five years ago buying through GTH went smoothly.

GTH have been nothing but fantastic from start to finish. Chloe and Richard were sensitive to my needs as a property owner and seller, always taking the time to ask questions and respond in meaningful and thoughtful ways. I bought my house from GTH, and sold it 8 years later with GTH - I wouldn't change a thing, all was handled with grace and style, and I always felt assured and safe working with Chloe and Richard, If you are in the property market I would highly recommend GTH of Sherborne.

We moved over to GTH from another agent when we felt that after a few sales falling through we needed a refresh. Couldn't have been happier that we did. Richard, Chloe and the whole team have been great; informing us, without prompting, of house visits and the feedback from them; helping find and manage builders to carry out some emergency work to the property and, most importantly, getting the sale over the line! We never really pay much attention to Estate agents talking about the number of buyers (for semi detached houses rather than mansions) they have on their books, if you want a house in Sherborne you'll look on right moves or similar, what matters to us is the professional service you get throughout the whole sales process and that is what we got from Richard and his team. They even read the meters for us (we no longer live locally). Thank you.
