Chloe took over and has been absolutely marvellous. We are not local to Dorset so negotiating items to purchase which could have been very difficult for us, was made very simple and dealt with beautifully by Chloe.

We were kept informed every week, even when there wasn't much to report. GoogleWe have been working with estate agents very closely over the last 12 years and from all the agents, GTH Sherborne and the staff there were amazing and by far the best, especially Richard.
From the beginning when we asked for something specific they really listened to our needs and wants. We didn't get bombarded with calls and waste of time emails but more things that ticked the boxes we were looking for.
We had several issues along the sales process, however, Richard really made sure both sides of the party got through any problems and would always go the extra mile to make sure all parties were happy.
We strongly recommend GTH Sherbourne to anyone and if you're looking for a perfect home, especailly if you're fussy like us!!!!

We had a viewing and offer within days of being on the market. Sadly the chain broke down but GTH quickly re-listed our property and a new buyer was found within a few days.
