Awful service! Sheila was lovely after she left we had to deal with Scott Hall. The most obnoxious and rude man we’ve ever encountered! Tried to bully my elderly mum into accepting an offer by telling her that her house would be black listed if she didn’t! She called me stressed asking if this was possible, I can’t believe the things Scott said to her whilst obviously trying to secure a quick sale. Appalling. Our flat proved difficult to sell when we first put it on the market and the team at Haart in Shepperton were not very good. The team were changed and the new faces were excellent. They took “ownership” of the previous problems and resolved to sell the flat. We, my wife and I, were kept appraised of the current situations daily and the liaison was much appreciated. Indeed the negotiator handling. I cannot praise her highly enough. The old reputation will take time to disappear but it will given the commitment that the manager and the team are putting in now.

Just brought a place in Shepperton I did not no the area very well as I'm not from there anyway having seen a nice flat on rightmove I contacted haart for a viewing a lady called Stephanie showed me around the place she was very helpful and had lots of knowledge on the local area I then put a offer in which was accepted the same day I found Stephanie very professional . If your looking to buy in the local area of Shepperton I would Recommend speaking to Stephanie or if Stephanie is off I recommend speaking to Christian he was very helpful as well and was quick and Professional .
