GoogleAmazing accomodation at a really good price. Clean and tidy and perfect for first year of uni as a graduate. Best student accomodation I've stayed at in 5 years of uni!

GoogleI had a great experience with the team who were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. GoogleThe location is quite great, near both uni and quite close to the city centre and tram station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for the cheapest studio with included bill and in walking distance to uni, this is the place. I stay here for 3 years now and will stay here till the end of my degree.

GoogleThis place doesn’t even deserve a star. The place is dirty and unhygienic. The students here have been on and off without hot water since January and nothing has been done to sort the problem. Do not live here, there’s so many issues with the place and none of them get resolved. Staff aren’t on the students side and refuse to help us with these issues and attend our meetings.

GoogleSincere advice NEVER LIVE HERE!! Worst management ever worst experience ever. Never again with this rubbish place. Hot tap wasn't working and they didn't fix it for 4 months. Microwave not working not replaced for over 6 months.

Googlelocation is handy but that's about it. fire alarm sounds multiple times a week, no security on site and there's constant issues with gym equipment and the communal spaces

GoogleThe fire alarm makes me confuse, actually it rings often and most of time it rings at night. Also in the morning, for example, today morning, it rang 10 times in 15 mins. Such a fire alarm can alert people from fire or just give people fright?? Is so horrible.

Googlegreat place to live if you like cold showers and not having a working oven for 6k a year. Looks nice but that's about the only good thing i have to say. spend a bit extra and go to west one You'll be doing yourself a massive favour.

GoogleI enjoyed my stay there. The room is well designed and comfy, also has a nice view. It is quite place as well. The place of laundry is big enough and it is not crowded so that It doesn’t take too long to wash the clothe.

GoogleI have been here for a year, the location is close to the university and to the centre of the city. The staff are helpful. The room is comfortable. there were some problems few months ago but all of it sorted out.
