GoogleIf you’re wanting to rent from an estate agent and get messed around then I’d highly recommend William H Brown Crystal Peaks We booked in to view a apartment at 9am this morning and when we got there , no one around . So we waited 15-20 min and no estate agent turned up Rang the office and it’s already been offered to someone else , the lass who booked us in for the appointment has gone on maternity leave and didn’t think it would be common sense to inform us that it’s gone 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 So if you want to get messed around , then go ahead and use this company Cheers

GoogleMy dad put his house on the market and Darren was assigned. Darren was extremely friendly and professional throughout the visits and within a week an offer was made which was accepted. I would definitely recommend WH Brown and if you can get Darren as he will have you at ease straight away.

GoogleKelly Dawson (Sheffield) came and valued our house, we are looking to sell two and buy one bigger one. She was very personable and discussed the process with us brilliantly as we have no idea what we are doing! she was professional, friendly and had excellent knowledge. Had we been in a different position financially we would have used William H Brown to sell our houses purely due to our interaction with Kelly, it's just a little out of our budget at the moment.

GoogleBooked to view a house at 4:30 and we showed up 5 minutes early. Ended up waiting outside for 25 minutes for no one to turn up, we knocked on the door and tried ringing the office but no response. No call to me to ask where i was or if they were possibly running late from something else. So if you like wasting your time on a saturday evening thats great but if you actually want to see a place try somewhere else. 0/10 and another -10 for the professionalism.

GoogleI rented my current property through the Crystal Peaks Branch, my correspondence were mainly through Lorraine. Lorraine really did everything to help the process run smoothly, any issues that occurred Lorraine was true to her word and efficiently dealt any issues along the way. In my personal experience, I can truthfully say that even though the property has had some teething issues at the start, the Agency and Landlord has so far been supportive and fair. GoogleI recently bought a house through William H Brown, Crystal Peaks and was pleased at how smoothly and quickly it all went through. I dealt with Maisie and Beth throughout the process and they were both really helpful and answered any questions I had. I chose to use their in house mortgage advisor and went with their recommended solicitors, and it took around 10 weeks from my offer being accepted to getting the keys - which in the current situation I was more than happy with!

GoogleWilliam H Brown, and parent company sequence homes, are lackluster and extremely poor with their service. Broken appliances were a long time being replaced. Reports were never chased up, and communication was abhorrent at best. Avoid Sequence Homes /William H Brown.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Hello Chris, as you are aware, there was constant communication between our teams, the owner of the property, and yourself due to the property being in rental arrears and our team did all they could to see if this could be resolved. Unfortunately, this was unable to be solved therefore action was taken. We are saddened to see this warrants a 1-star review but we wish you the best of luck with your future property search.

It was a long process to get all checks through but was no fault of William H Brown but Fiona kept me updated every step of the way. The staff are super friendly and very helpful! GoogleWe finally completed today and WH Brown made the process much easier. When our own purchase fell through, they supported our buyers and helped ensure the chain didn’t collapse. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is it would be good if there was a central portal to manage viewings as we had a few Sunday viewings not show and I wonder if this was due to the viewer not having a way to cancel their viewing after the branch closed on Saturday. That aside, we were pleased with the service, photos, negotiation and guidance given. Thank you WH Brown!
